Menstrual health tile disappeared

ANSWERED

When using the public preview, where is the menstrual health tile?? It’s there if I switch back to the original view. Is this a feature that is being removed? Considering cycle tracking plays a huge role in how our bodies can be, it seems counter intuitive to remove the feature during an upgrade?

Hi @IvyWo1   The Public Preview is a work in progress, not the final version.  You can see the list of features not yet available on this Public Preview status thread.

Menstrual tracking isn't mentioned in that post. Does that mean it's not going to be in the new app?

Hi @Bierebelle    Fitbit is releasing app updates with Public Preview changes about every two weeks or so,  It wasn't available on Mar 24, the date of my post, but was released with app v 4.66.  The linked post doesn't mention its absence, because it was updated on Apr 9.

Please tap on the Health icon in the lower right of your app.  Scroll down below your Vitals and look in the Focus areas.  It's marked Cycle health.  If you don't see it you might need to force quit, then reopen your app.  See this Blog post

Hi everyone, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Thanks for letting us know the cycle health is missing in the Personal Health Coach Public Preview. This is not meant to be this way.

Our team is aware of it and it's working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for any trouble. I appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

A workaround is to force quit the app and reopen it.

To get a a fi as soon as it's available, please keep your app updated. See How do I update the Fitbit app?

I second that. Period tracking is super important. Menopause tracking would be a nice add on, but if fitbit loses period tracking i think lots of women will gradually swich to other apps
