I've tried 10 different ways to get coach to give me a plan for this week. Reach time I get "will notify you within 10 minutes when your plan is ready". Then nothing happens.
I've tried "copy last week's plan to this week" and "give me a simple 30 min walk every day". Nothing in the weekly plan and the week is almost half over.

Hello @AndreaFitbit ! I'm also having this bug... Second week in a row. Thought re-discussing with the coach would help but no. No Workout plan in the app... Same as lots of people here.

This appears to be happening again, I've faced a similar experience over the past two weeks with no success in getting back to the usual function. Is this a known issue or are there troubleshooting steps that should be taken?

I'm having this problem as well. I have tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, logging in and out of the app and asking it multiple times to show me or create the plan. If I ask it to show me today's plan it can tell me what it is but it doesn't show up in the fitness where it says I have no plan. This is week two and it's very frustrating

It did happen for me again this week (after a few weeks of working okay) - but this time at least I was able to prompt the AI Coach and get him to add entries to the plan by being specific about what I wanted on my schedule. For me that's fine, because I already have a plan and I've just been testing the coach features. But for folks who need the AI to generate a plan for them, this is not going to be good enough.
I do wish there were ways to manually add workouts to the plan without having to ask the AI to do it. Sometimes that would just be easier! Also, we need to be allowed to have more than a single workout planned on a day. I might want to do a short run in the morning, and then a strength session after work in the evening.

I am also having this problem. No amount of reboots, resets, or cache clearing has fixed it. I imagine this is something Fitbit needs to fix again.

Just an update to this - I have tried all of the things clearing cache, reset apps and devices, even deleting old coach chats asking for workout adjustments and still nothing.
After a brief chat with Coach this morning though I checked the fitness tab and now, apparently, I don't even have a goal listed, much less any workouts towards one. This is increasingly frustrating.

I have had the same!! Wasted 1 hour of my time because I wanted to track my session just like last week!
---
Same! I have also tried everything!
---
I did this and for me it didn't work. Kept saying it will notify me once my plan is updated, but it never updated.
---
But this is still happening, even with an app update! I tried all day yesterday for nothing!

Similar to everyone else here. I was using this Public Preview for 1-2 months and it was fantastic. However, about a month ago, the AI stopped showing my workouts, my walks are not tracking to the stage they were (showing the map for example) and the agent does not provide daily updates anymore.

Applied the April 24 update, had another whole conversation with the agent, got the "your plan is coming in ten minutes" but and here we are an hour later, no plan, nothing. This is increasingly frustrating, especially as a paid service, given that there has been an outpouring of folks with the exact same issue and not even a hint of a response from the developers.
I'm a Google super-user and this experience is causing me to look into alternatives.

Same here I really wish more people would complain. Because what's the point to pay for premium features if all they do is cause frustration? If this "public view" is so bad still, then don't send it to users in a Beta. I am a Software Tester and in my company, we take bugs reported from beta very seriously, I can't believe Fitbit/Google just don't care about any customer service... Normally you report bugs, they come back to you with an ETA of being fixed but by the looks of it they don't care and pretend it isn't an issue.

@AndreaFitbit This is still not fixed for a lot of us according to the comments. Now 26 April, why lie it's been fixed and close it as fixed without verifying

After the update, under the new model, I was able to look forward several weeks and see target plans for each week coming up. There was a workout plan for the week which starts today, April 26, and is even discussed it with the agent. Hey, a new scheme, a new week, wake up on Sunday and it'll all be fine, right?
It's Sunday, "no workouts planned for this week" and "I can't access your fitness plan right now" but hey! Target plans for next week.
This is increasingly maddening.

Hi, this is still not fixed, or a similar big head occurred following the fix. Replying to bump this thread in case it's being overlooked as "answered" as it is most definitely not.

Mine disappeared this morning as well. It was there last night. I can see previous workouts and future but not current. I am still under the free trial which ends at the end of May. I was going to actually pay for the premium but now...I don't think so.

Credit where it's due, everything is back.
Workouts showed back up - albeit tailored to last weeks trip to Chicago, but when I pointed this out and requested an adjusted plan it was produced within minutes. Not sure what changed, but this is what I've been looking for, hope the change is rolling out to all of you as well.

The issue is back (April 27, 2026) or has never fully left users. I can only get my daily workouts by prompting the coach, and it can get confusing.
I’m using the latest Pixel Pro model. In March, Fitbit AI Preview generated daily strength workouts with exercise videos, set/rep/weight logging, and a workout widget, which was very useful.
At some point, it stopped. I tried leaving the program and clearing all Fitbit AI memory notes so I could start fresh. That worked briefly last weekend, but the daily workouts, demo videos, and logging widget have stopped again.
Even after clearing memory several times, Fitbit AI still seems to remember fitness details from March.
I prompted it again today with my workout plan. The “Today” tab now says my new “workout plan is on the way,” but the plan still shows “no plan set” for this week or next.
