Public Preview failure

  • Working out using the FitBit public preview regularly for months. A couple of weeks ago, it deleted all my workouts and told me to start over. No more planned workouts. I went through the process on the app three times to start over and it always jammed up at the end and couldn't save it. Support was useless. They say I can submit feedback, which I did. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, did the force stop. Nothing worked. Am I the only one who has been left out in the cold? Any similar problems out there? Any fixes?

Maybe try switching back to the original version to see if your workouts are there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
