I just got the 4.68.1 update with removed set workout plans:
"Instead of a set schedule, you’ll now get personalized weekly targets based on your health goals. If a target feels too demanding or causes pain, listen to your body and adjust your goals."
These set plans with set and scheduled workouts for specific days allowed me to establish a strong level of consistency and routine, enabling me to feel in control of my health and achieve visible health improvements. While I understand that some people's brains may not work this way, mine needs workout plans how they were pre- this update if exercise is to happen regularly at all. I support giving users the ability to have the "personalized weekly targets based on your health goals", maybe this can be an option discussed in the Health Coach onboarding/goal-setting chat, but I at least need the option for scheduled workouts on specific days to allow me to establish consistency.

Chat with coach also doesn't allow it to add any exercise plans.
