Ability to build recipes on app by scanning ingredients

Hello! I would love it if the app would allow us to build recipes of our own by scanning the ingredients used or searching them. This feature is on the MyFitnessPal app and it is very handy and it would be very handy to have it in the fitbit app.

Yes please, create recipes using ingredience rather than just custom food add the calories in.  It would make it much easier to track macros, rather than having to add them all in manually (or not at all).

Yes yes yes! I always create meals and then have multiple servings. Would be amazing to easily add a serving of a recipe!

How can I combine multiple food items into one entry for a custom protein drink?

Just made a profile to suggest this exact idea. It would also be nice to have a break down of the macros per meal instead of just per day

Yes, please!  I have many odd food allergies so prepare most of my meals.  I have used a recipe build before on My Fitness Pal and Spark People and it was so helpful.

It would need to be able to add multiple foods and then break it down into servings with nutrition/calories available for the whole recipe as well as individual servings.

This function should have been available in the app 5 years ago. It’s on the .com but every thing is via app. I’m surprised to find it’s not on here.

Hello,
I would like to be able to create custom food items by scanning multiple barcodes into one food item. Right now the only way I can find to do this is to manually add the micronutrients for each and every item to a custom food Item.

Instead of creating a custom meal and trying to guess all the calories and proportions. Allow users to group individual products. Ie, ham and cheese sandwich, I can scan the bread, cheese, ham, and various toppings into one custom ham and cheese sandwich.

I agree. Adding our own recipes would be a godsend that we can then repeat when needed
