Access to Community Features from Mobile App

I think it would be nice to have access to the community sections from the mobile app.  I use my iPhone to access Fitbit far more than I use my laptop and it would be great to be able to participate in the community features from the app.

I like participating in forums and I like how the app is set up. It would be great to access the forums from the app or something like tapatalk.

I was wondering if there is an app that will connect the Fitbit through a "smart" mobile device with GPS, to maps of the route walked or run, and for there to be an option to upload these to show on the website and dashboard.

This would be a surefire way to stop any cheats that 'create' milage by devious means and each distance claimed will be certified by satelite maps!

You want to use the Fitbit Community on the go...we love to hear that! We do have plans to add a link to the community in the Fitbit apps, but please note that no matter how this is implemented it will take you away from the Fitbit app itself and bring you into the community.

You can access the community from your mobile device today by heading to community.fitbit.com in your mobile browser of choice.

Thanks for the info, Allison.  I wouldn't mind that.  Having the link so the community can be accessed is great.   I wonder though if there would also be a link to groups you specifically subscribe to?  Maybe under personal info?

We definitely want users to enjoy the Community features via their mobile device. Integration with the Fitbit App will be minimal, but a mobile platform for the Community should be available soon.

Hi I have a Kobo ARC tablet I have downloaded the Fitbit app but cant access the Community on it I have 2 get out the lap top 2 do so my mobile is not a very good one but will be upgrading soon In the meantime would love 2 B able 2 use my Kobo rather than my lap top

I would love to be able to access a community I belong to in the app. I rarely use the web version of fitbit and we can't make out workweek hustle larger than 10 people.

Is Tapatalk support available for the Fitbit Community Forums?  It would be so convenient to access via Tapatalk which is the most popular forums app globally for years.
