Add Menstrual Health Tracking to Ace series

For young ladies under 13 who need help tracking cycles, the female health tool would be valuable. The parent could enable it when it is applicable. This should be an option. It would allow discreet tracking at her fingertips.

This would be perfect - my 10 yr old god daughter has started her cycle but wants the same fitbit as her friends, this would enable her to have the feature without feeling left6 out and having to have a different model to track.
