Add lifetime steps and distance to the Fitbit app

I always look at my lifetime steps. At one time I thought of switching to another device. But I would have to start over with lifetime steps where I went.

I'd like to give @peppygirl kudos for thinking of a nice solution to our problem. I provided feedback via the mobile app, but there is no way of knowing if the request/comment has been sent or received.

I also liked to monitor my lifetime distance and steps, this seems to have disappeared after transferring my fitbit luxe account to google.I was leery about transferring over to google & doing so has just been very disappointing. I’m not able to view any old stats, Dashboard is no longer an option & clicking on my profile icon gets me the error msg,

I really would like this addressed, lifetime distance/steps are very important. Please find a solution.

Lifetime steps.....now gone.  So important for a great many of us.  Surely they can be reinstated.

Still not able to access my Lifetime Distance & steps, so annoying. Dashboard is no longer an option & clicking on my profile icon gets me this error msg, see photo below.

I was hoping to see an update on getting access to our lifetime stats. Is there any word on either fixing the profile page, or providing our lifetime stats in our weekly emails?

Any status or update? As moderator, do you have any insight; I thought we would see something by now.

I too was hoping for a comment or update from a Moderator as well. I would love for this to be resolved, Lifetime Achievements are really important to me as well as being motivating.

no further response from FitBit or moderators. guess i'm switching to Garmin on February 2, 2026. or maybe sooner. Google sure has not taken care of us yet so no reason to stick with them once they force us to convert.

I've chucked my Fitbit after all these years and brought a Galaxy Fit3 watch. It does exactly what I want. It's a great shame that Fitbit has been so degraded over recent years. I'll certainly never buy another. I had been a loyal user since 2012.

So long, and thanks for all the fish ...
