I can't believe I haven't seen more complaints about this. I thinknits a pretty ample thing to have, low hanging fruit, why wouldn't you include it? Why lose features as you go forward.
I hope this could be fixed with update, is that impossible? Not very tech savvy.
To be honest, I have to question if they read these to even realize how upset people are about this. This is why I will continue to use my Versa 3 until it dies, then... Well, then I will make some decisions, that I won't suggest, because it might be this post removed.
I feel deceived. My Sense was dying so I bought a Sense 2 assuming it had the snoring and noise detection that Sense had, just to find out today that it does not. I'm baffled. Please bring that feature back. That was a feature I used everyday and the primary reason why I subscribed to Premium.
I was excited for the snore detection feature and very disappointed to not find it on my new sense 2. Please update to include it - it's a really important feature I am not sure I will keep this without.
I believe this is my last year I will be keeping my subscription The snoring was an important feature among with other not accurate things about the training Juli
I just purchased my Sense 2 and now seeing that the Snore/Noise feature is not included. I’m seeing posts from 2023 so I’m losing hope be added anytime soon. I’m considering returning it for an older version with some of the options that seem to have been removed.
I think they incorporated it into the sleep. If you scroll down, it shows oxygen variation. If it is low, no snoring. If it is high that's when there was snoring.
Yes I used that Snore and noise detection report everyday on my sense but it is disappointing to see that's not available on sense 2. Pls do make it available.
Definitely switching over to the Samsung Watch for my next purchase. Not only has fitbit taken features from me time and again but I've had TWO of my fitbit watches have a manufacturer defect. The first (Sense) wasn't under warranty anymore (by 2 months of course) so I ended up purchasing the Sense 2. Big mistake. This one eneded up with the same defect and had to get a REFURBISHED Sense 2 sent to me when it was only a couple months old. Ridiculous. Now I'm scared it's going to happen again. I'm also paying $10 a month to have less features than an older model and I could get the same features with Samsung for no monthly fee. I do really like the new labs thing and the sleep summary thing. But I'm wondering if it's too little too late. 🤔🤷:female_sign:
Please at the very least add the snore detect function. The hardware is there... I get it could drain the battery but I'm betting the people that REALLY want it wouldn't mind. Just my 2 cents.
