Add time stamp, nature of edit and comment to forum posts

Nearly impossible to follow threads on very active posts partly due to consolidations, deletions, edits, removal of feedback titles, and movement of posts from one forum to another. Notation of time of post, nature of edit (e.g. "title removed", "post from another forum"), and insertion of comment "post deleted" with time stamp would be helpful.
This is needed because:
It would improve ability to follow and understand posts.
I'd use this: Weekly
