Affordable Mid range device with GPS

We need an affordable Mid range device with GPS. Is this too much to ask? The Versa shouldn't have come out without true GPS. We need a $150-200 device with GPS. We don't want to run with our phones.

@Samunition Thanks for your suggestion about having a mid range device with GPS.
