Allow us to move or delete Cardio Load prompt

There is a new Activity called Cardio Load on my home page and I cannot move or delete it. I don't care about it. I want to see my Steps on the top of the list and now I can't see them because of this new Activity and the size of my iPhone mini. This is ridiculous.

I agree. My home page is set up the way I want it so I can see what is important to me, at a glance. Why do they always think they know better than we do, what we want, then force it on us without a way to choose to say no?

I can remove Cardio Load, but I still receive a message about it every time I open the app.  I have to X out of it to close it as it’s at the top of the Activity section.  The message is very much of a shaming nature and I find it offensive.

Why is Fitbit shaming me upon opening app? "Ready to hit your target today? You've been at risk for undertraining recently. Aiming for 9-18 cardio load will get you back to maintain your cardio fitness." This is very negative and offensive. I don't want to have to keep clicking the "X" every time I check fitbit. That's pretty funny telling me to do 9-18 cardio load. Wtf? I don't want that at all.

Fitbit seems to think they can ‘train’ everyone with shame messaging and negative ‘chat’ that you can’t get rid of.

SHAME on you FitBit

1000% agree, I absolutely hate it.  More than half of the time, I can't even x out of it and make it disappear.  I have cardio load deselected and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  I would seriously consider changing to a different brand of step tracker if I can't get rid of it.  (it's not even useful recommendations, I took a 20+ mile bike ride ride yesterday and woke up this morning to the app suggesting how I can "get back on track", LOL)

20+ miles is so on track! Lol Bike on, friend.

I keep getting a message on my Fitbit app homepage that says "ready to hit your target today?" I want this message stopped immediately. It's annoying.

I took it off to sleep last night and didn’t get the alert this morning - anecdotal, but if it stays gone, that’s my short term solution.

Yes, our feedback worked! Whew. I'm glad.

I’m still getting the message every time I start the app.

What FitBit keeps forgetting is not everyone uses their products for fitness, but to keep track of their heart rate. People with heart conditons and anxiety DO NOT want to be told, "Ready to hit your target today?" Especially when they've just gotten things back under control. What will you tell them after a bad day? "Congrats on your cardio load! You've reached new heights!" That would take things from annoying to abusive.

I appreciate being able to set my FitBit app so I don't have to see Cardio Load or Readiness Score. Please give us the same option with this pop-up. And if you did just fix it (I restarted my phone and it's not there now), thanks.

I have it toggled off in settings but it continues to show up daily. I can’t even X out of it. There is an X but it doesn’t work. Super annoying. Seriously considering getting a different tracker.

It was bad enough when I could get rid of it. Now, the ”delete message” button does not work (using iOS app)… so the scrolling down before adding food I’ve eaten (a few times a day….) will just be a pain… why make this so difficult for users?

I HATE this with a passion. I'm super proud of my health journey, happily track my heart points, and don't want to increase my 'cardio load' but every time I go into the app it has a reminder I have to X out of even though I have the feature turned off. Please fix!!

Here’s how the Cardio Load messages appear, even though the card is off and the relevant section is meant to be in the middle of my dashboard, not the top.

Dear Fitbit - I agree with the comments above - I hate the unwanted and uninvited suggestions re "hitting my target".  I've deselected cardio loading, but the comments still show up.  Make them go away!

Fitbit please give those of us an option to turn off or move the cardio load right at the top of our screen & in the way of information we do want to see. I tried to shut it off, doesn’t work.  I realize some folks need a boost & that great it is there for them. I enjoy working out every day & I meet my goals, been doing it for many years it has become a lifestyle.  Having to x out something I don’t care to see is just annoying

+1 to all the other comments. I deselected the new cardio load feature, yet I get the "Ready to hit your target today?" message every day. If we deselect a feature, we shouldn't continue to get messages for it. Kindly fix this bug ASAP.

FTR, the Fitbit wildly underreports my heart rate during exercise -- as seen by comparing my Polar HRM with the Fitbit. So its advice about hitting my cardio target is misinformed as well as gratuitous.

Agree with others’ comments. New features should be optional. Everyone is on a different health journey and not all of us have the same targets. It’s annoying to have to keep closing out that pop-up every time I open the app.

I've tested it out over the last three nights - if you disable cardio load and take it off while you sleep, it doesn't show the popup anymore.  I put it back on for one night to see what happened and it was back.  Not a great solution, but it's something.

I’ve had cardio load disabled for a couple weeks now, gone through a couple resets and full recharges and the message never goes way.

I think it’s clear from this chain that a significant number of users are not happy about being unable to remove this notification. There’s nothing inherently wrong with cardio load thing for those who want to use it, but it absolutely should be something we can opt out of. It’s very intrusive to have that pop-up appear EVERY SINGLE TIME we open the app, even when we have disabled cardio load tracking.

Yes, please remove this incredibly annoying and unnecessary message. Despite the ‘X’ located beside the message, which has the established convention of closing or dismissing a dialogue box or text it does not work for me. And it takes up unnecessary space on the interface in my app and prevents me from seeing the information I have prioritized. Thank you.

Adding my vote to get rid of the 'ready to hit your target' notification. It is demoralising, and completely unnecessary. Choose not to have cardio load showing, so should not be receiving this message.
