Many low quality smartwatches companies are supporting Arabic language in their smartwatches, but I am wondering that a big company as fitbit doesn’t support Arabic language in their smartwatches ..I am so upset and shocked after I bought my versa 2 😞

I saw suggestions and comments since 2017 & 2018 for adding the arabic language and Fitbit totally ignored all of these requests made by their customers. This is absolutely shocking to see a company that simply DOESN'T CARE!

At least talk to your customers, let's know what's going on with you? If you don't want us to buy your watches just write on them "not for Arabic spoken person".

We'll be more than happy to buy the Chinese brands, it works exactly like fitbit and way cheaper and it supports Arabic.

There's a big opportunity for you in the Middle East huge markets, but with your ignorance I can say "with time" you'll not be welcomed.

PLEASE ADD ARABIC LANGUAGE, WE NEED IT SO MUCH

I am wondering that many people is asking for adding Arabic language in Fitbit but the company is not answering.

I think fitbit's professional engineers are not qualified enough to add a new language in fitbit system and they are waiting to hire someone to do that for them, this is the only reason I can see.
