Hi @annasounantha thank you for your suggestion, which has been incorporated into Aria 2! A quicker set up and updated Wi-Fi technology on the newly released Aria 2 should address this issue. Aria 2 a reengineered Wi-Fi Smart Scale that offers the latest technology to capture your data with greater precision than ever before. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
I just replaced the batteries on my Aria scale. It got stuck on the active set up mode. To fix it, I had to download the scale's set up software onto my computer, then go through the wifi connection setup again, following the instructions here: https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/setup/aria?platform=mac&step=2. This needs to be far simpler... as easy as replacing the batteries and stepping on the scale with all settings remembered.
