I have been a loyal customer to Fitbit and am disappointed that took Pandora off the Versa 2. That was the main selling point for me. I don't know if I will remain with Fitbit when I need a new watch.
I dropped FitBit and will never return. Their decisions are senseless (not just this one - but others) and their customer support is the pits. I ended up going with Apple Watch, and I do enjoy it. When I bought my Apple Watch, the guy at the store said FitBit is just spinning and does really know what it's doing (interesting). . .

Fitbit socks! I like others here spent a lot of money on these watches of which being able to play music without my phone was a major reason for the purchase. I don't want to lug my phone around in the gym when working out. I already had Pandora. Now if i want to do this I have to get Spotify premium. I already pay for other streaming music services, I don't want another. Obviously from seeing all these comments Fitbit doesn't care about it's customer base. Time to search for a watch that does and dump Fitbit forever. Another lost customer. Of course no one is listening.
