Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

I am a long-time Fitbit User ... but I will NEVER buy another Fitbit unless you bring back the Sleep Schedule Functionality!!!

The old sleep stages screen was very easy to read and you could click on each stage to get more information about it like how long it lasted and what times it happened between. Since the latest update, the sleep stages screen is very difficult to read and I can't click on each stage to learn more.

With the new update the sleep tracking and stages display is definitely not friendly.
Please bring back the old display which is more detailed and friendly.
The new update is also not showing restoration percentage.
Your helpdesk said that the update is for both premium & non premium
We would be better off going to non premium if this is permanent

I totally agree with all these other comments of the updated sleep version I hope if enough of us complain you will bring back the one before this update.  Why do you make changes that are worse just change it back & you will have much happier people using your products.

I complained out the sleep app update on Tuesday and it has now stopped functioning

Agreed!!!
This new update is awful, makes it so hard to read, unable to clearly click on each stage - change it back please!

The new layout is dismal, grey, boring and difficult to read/ understand easily. The last thing you need when you’re gently waking up is to get frustrated that you can’t understand how well you have slept. Doesn’t help the stress and mindfulness section on the app. Both my wife and I think that it’s a terrible update and would like other options!

I totally agree with the other comments I find it hard I have dyslexia and now it’s not accessible to me because I can’t see it it’s to busy the old view I could see and read easily and I rely on knowing how I have slept I really hope they take these comments on board.

Completely agree! I actually thought there was something wrong with my phone at first as it looks like a page of glitched info 🙈 It feels like a huge step back not forward, and the info is so much harder to interpret now. I much preferred the previous graphs which were easy to see, at a glance, all the key information I needed. I only bought my Sense 2 a few weeks ago specifically for sleep tracking after seeing a friend's data. I'm now regretting spending the money

Bring back old version

I agree with all users that are frustrated about the new updates. This is my first comment on the web ever, but Fitbit is a true companion for me since 2021. I find it so inconvenient having to scroll down a long list with data that all looks the same (no easy to find codes anymore). But the most frustrating for me is the latest update of the sleep cycle, which is hard to decipher and which doesn’t show a restoration score anymore. For me, detailed sleep data is the main reason for my premium subscription.

Agreeing with other users: why change for the sake of change if there is no benefit for the user? Please, make this app unique again  with the user in mind!

The new graphic of the sleep tracker is a big disappointment and the benchmark does not show the  typical average range! I don’t get it why Fitbit made this changes, before the want to make the changes why the don't use focus groups to get some feedback before they launch some chances I read somewhere that the changes were done on feedback of some users, I love to see them. From my side I am most disappointed by the new SLEEP TRACKER CHANGES.

I totally agree. The changes have made sleep tracking meaningless. I'm thinking of updating my fitbit and will now look at other manufacturers.

I totally agree. I wonder who they used for focus groups.

Please return the sleep part of the app back to the way it was. This is completely ridiculous. It’s hard to see and you cannot make much sense of it. It’s too cluttered. You cannot tap on it and enlarge it, and you cannot share it with anybody. Everybody, I’ve talked to cannot stand it. Please please please get rid of it and put it back the way it was. And I hope you’re not making any other changes like that. Sorry for the negative comment, but this is terrible and probably my favorite part of the Fitbit tracker.

CHARGE 5 SLEEP TRACKER

please please please return the sleep tracking back to the way it was.  The new format is terrible in every way, it’s A hodgepodge cluster that’s difficult to read and not interactive in anyway. You can no longer tap on it to enlarge it so you can actually see it or no longer is shareable with other people.   This is my personal favorite and look forward to it every morning, but now I don’t even look at it, some positive changes would be to interact heart rate, blood, oxygen levels into the old format.  A major part of why I use this product is now gone

Totally agree. For people with vision problems and those with dyslexia a white background is not good and makes things difficult to read. What a awful change 😕

Count me in on this! New sleep graphics lack the clarity of previous version. Too much White space makes  focus more difficult. This is a graphic for sleep patterns, make the patterns clear!

I couldn't agree more with these comments. Please return the format to the way it was. It made sense to me that way. The new format is useless to me.

Found this FitbitGoogle page: https://www.fitbit.com/global/de-ch/technology/fitbit-app

It‘s in german language but the pictures says everything…they are showing the new trackers with pictures of the new app. I loose hope, that they will change back to the old sleep overwiew. I already unsubscribed the Pro version; they don‘t get money from me anymore…

If the application cannot be returned to the previous version, they should share the previous version of the a.p.k file.

I totally agree with all these comments. Apparently this version cannot be changed back and was introduced to be more compatible!  But not much use being compatible if the functionality and ease of use is lost. Definitely won’t be buying any more Fitbit devices if this awful display is now the norm!

Agreed 100% the whole redesign honestly has made the appointment so hard to use and read. I cannot make out at all what on earth my sleep is like now. The app is very flat to use, I can't differentiate between what is exercise and what is steps etc. the whole thing just feels like I've walked into a minimalist influencers living room and everything is dull and muted. So many features have been taken away from the sleep app and I can't view when I was in deep sleep versus light etc. please revert it!

Fitbit, what have you done??
I agree with everyone else.
Please reverse this latest update as soon as possible!
The main reason I have stayed with Fitbit since the beginning is because of the sleep recordings.
But with your new update, you've made these completely unusable!
While this feature wasn't perfectly accurate, it was ok, because I could tap on the graph and seeing what times Fitbit recorded me as awake and sleep, and then could go in and edit recordings accordingly. This put Fitbit ahead of the competition and kept me as a Fitbit customer.
But now I can't tap on the graph and see what Fitbit recorded for what time, I can no longer do this accurately. This makes it a complete waste of time.
If you want me, and others who stayed with Fitbit due to your sleep feature, then you will need to fix this sooner rather than later.
Pleeeeeaaaassssseee fix it! I really don't want to go to another brand! But I will if this change remains permanent.
