Bring back the old sleep summary page

When I had my Charge 5 and the first few weeks of having my Charge 6 the app would give me a sleep summary page with, Sleep Stages, Time in each stage, Oxygen levels and Bedtime and wakeup all on a handy page. Since a recent update I now seem to get a much more basic three tiles and I have to open each one and look through for all the information.

related to the "new" horrible sleep app, you (and everyone on this post)
must hit the support chat and support call number hard.

The only way for Goofle to realize their mistake is if everyone expends
their precious time reporting to Goofle support over and over and over ..

Wow that's bad. The only thing worse than it being vertical is that it reads from bottom to top. It almost looks like it's showing sleep data for time between 6:35am to 11:20pm. Entire thing needs to be rotated anticlockwise 90 degrees

Google/Fitbit needs to reevaluate the employment for whoever designs their graphs as they're far from user friendly or easy to read.

One of the reasons I stuck with Fitbit for so many years was for the sleep graph and the ability to go in and click on a specific color and have it tell you the numeric amount of time that you were asleep in that state. This new graph is no better than the cheap watches that you can buy with their crappy sleep graphs. I think when this watche is done, if you guys have not changed it back to the original format, I will be purchasing a watch from some other company. They are cheaper and the graph is the same as the crappy one that I have now. And after reading so many other complaints there's absolutely no reason why Fitbit as a company cannot listen to the people that spend hundreds of dollars on these watches and put back the original sleep graph, or at least make the new one easier to read and allow us to click on it and see our numeric sleep times.

What is the purpose of having a page like this so people can come in and let you know what is bothering them about your app and your product if you're doing nothing to change it.

I agree bring back the old style sleep reporting (pre unrequested chsnge/update) I really liked this feature and it helped me in seeing and understanding my sleep pattern.

i had just renewed my premium annual fee, if this change had been made before my subscription was taken I wouldn’t have bothered.

now feel I have paid for a year and the feature I used and found most helpful has been taken away.

i won’t be renewing my subscription next year if this doesn’t change.

Terrible new design. What was the purpose? Obviously many will run away. But where? Which brand is responsible in other words? "Thanks" for destroying beautiful app, will miss it very much ☹️

My feedback is your new allegedly simplified sleep data is now virtually impenetrable to people like me with low vision.

i needed the separate colours but this new display merges confusingly into one and I can’t see it clearly enough.

please reconsider and return to previous clearer display.

Really disappointed in the changes to the sleep tracking.   Nothing about the new version works for me. It is not easier to read, it just reduces detail and basic features. I am so turned off by this failed update to basic features that I can’t imagine buying a premium subscription.  So many other products on the market beyond Fitbit.  I can’t defend it anymore to people who say it sucks. It does.  😞

After the most recent updates to the sleep tracking, I am for the first time ever considering switching away from fitbit (have had 3 trackers myself over the years and purchased multiples for family members).  Since the change to the sleep data, I have now investigated several other options and will likely change in the next month if Fitbit doesn't revert back to what made us all love the old sleep data presentation and format.

Is the FITBIT company smart enough to listen to the users instead of the boardroom? You guys had a great product and then you let some overzealous designers get bored and ruin a perfectly good layout. I canceled my premiums subscription because the New Layout is so poorly executed. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Layout. Stop tinkering with things that are broken, find something constructive he design team to do instead of ruining your product!!

Agreed.  The changes make the ap useless. I used to love my Fitbit inspire, but not anymore. Looking for an alternative.

The update is so horrendous and an eyesore, less useful information and harder to read what is there. Tragically my premium autorenewed yesterday too, I might have to try to claw that back.

Is there any where I can download the old one and reinstall???

the new one only records sleep after midnite making it useless when will
they wake up and fix this mess

I have no idea how that happens to your sleep info. I go to sleep early
and wake up early. It records the before midnight sleep but misses all naps
for me.

The whole thing has become totally inaccurate and inaccurate so as I can’t believe a thing it is telling me. Not only is the sleep and napping a problem but I am on a cycling holiday and yesterday I visited a nearby town which was 8 miles away so two 8 mile trips there and back but my Fitbit Versa has recorded nothing. I have to enter all exercise manually which kind of defeats the object.

I keep trying to stick with Fitbit but they are making it really hard for me to do so. I think I will have given up on them before my premium subscription expires.

I really don't like the changes which made to the sleep page. It used to be easy to read, now I have to go onto each sleep pattern and count the minutes myself. I have shaky hands so it's not easy. Is there a way I can go back to the old version please?

Updated sleep graph is dreadful. Having to do maths in my head to work out the duration of each sleep stage is not a step forward. The old sleep displays were much more user friendly.

Please let us go back to the previous version.

Ridiculous to change without notice or choice. Will move to a sleep tracker where I get to choose the format.

The "new" sleep stages chart is terrible. I have not wore my fitbit since I made the mistake of updating. What genius thought that was a good update? Please put the old chart back!

81 pages of negative feedback and counting since April, and 2,500 thumbs up to the original post so far. What does it take for them to acknowledge this issue?

I feel like I'm taking the SATs when I try to decipher the new graph!
