Display explicit times and duration of awake (insomnia insight)

It would be helpful to be able to get the exact times and duration of periods of being awake.

Onset for sleep at the beginning as well as during the night is very insightful for ameliorating insomnia.

The percentage of awake shows, but the resolution of the sleep graph is too small to get insight into the awake periods.

I agree this would be most helpful to us nocturnals who rarely get REM.

I think it is a good idea to have exact times and duration of periods of being awake. Thanks for taking the time to share it with us. Keen to hear what others think?

Can you add a feature that lets you track insomnia?  I'd like to know over a month how much my sleep was outside of the normal range or range I set up.  Also, it would be nice to be able to add insomnia as a period symptom in the monthly calendar, as I get it once per month.

Hi @misskrumms ! Great suggestion, thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request.  A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.
