Don't discontinue the Get Fit Puzzle Premium game

In the 10 years or so I've used Fitbit, this game has been (by far) my favorite addition to the platform. I am SO disappointed to hear it will be ending at the end of next month.

Signed up to say please don’t discontinue. It’s a great motivator

Did anyone see this?  https://healthypupmatch.com/ I signed up for the beta.  It looks similar to Get Fit Puzzle!

Please PLEASE KEEP the Get Fit Puzzle!!! I find it extremely motivating. Have also tried Get Fit Bingo but that one is actually demotivating because the goals are way out of reach. Without this game, I don't have much reason to keep my premium membership. Please reconsider!!

Hi, just adding my vote here to keep the get fit puzzle. My partner and I both signed up for premium specifically to use the game, and we love to compete to see who ends each day on the highest level.

Also people have mentioned other threads where this is discussed but I'm not sure if the links have been provided already - there are a lot of disappointed customers posting on Reddit about cancelling their premium if/when the game disappears:

Please keep Get fit puzzle. I use it every day as an earned break! I will most likely not renew my Premium subscription if I can't use it for this.

Signed up for an account just to add to this thread. Please don't kill the game. This game helps put me to sleep at night, and encourages me to walk during the day - it really is good for my health. And that's the point of FitBit, right? To help make people healthier?

We all know that it can't be too costly to keep this running...so seems like a slap in the face to turn the game off. Having it taken away with no explanation really kills my trust in FitBit. If a decision that alienates the customer in such a way is made so flippantly, what other decisions are being made behind our backs that could be even worse?

I also love this game and it helps keep me motivated.   I undresses a new puppy game is coming out, but can't we have a choice?  I would like more motivational games to play and I would probably play both if possible. I rarely use any of the other features in premium.   Please keep the bunnies!!

Please don't discontinue the Get Fit Puzzle app. Seriously one of the best additions to FitBit.

since Alphabet took over they don't care. the app crashes now when it never crashed before. I tried using premium Get Fit challenges. sometimes they work sometimes they don't. I used to think I was paying for the technology and the hardware was substandard but now tech and hardware both suck. I feel bad for the employees who are stuck with this turd that Alphabet won't pay mind to. been a loyal FitBit user but I'm gonna look for an alternative

Please keep the Get Fit app. I’m on 353 consecutive days of meeting my step target, and this app is why. It probably costs you very little to keep it, and obviously enhances the value of your product. I’m sure there are coders in this community willing to help with the upkeep or otherwise contribute to improve the game. If you do get rid of it, there’s no reason to renew premium membership. And please, please remove the pop-up stating the game’s end date after every race and every time the app is opened — WE KNOW.

The Fitbit Puzzle with the bunnies is truly motivating. From what I see on other forums others agree with this idea. It may be older but it's popular, so why discontinue the game?

I agree, please do not get rid of the get fit puzzle. This game has really motivated me to get moving and I really enjoy playing the game with friends and family. I was considering purchasing a premium subscription but if the get fit puzzle does go away, I won’t be purchasing it.

The Fitbit puzzle is not only a wonderful motivator for steps, but has been a great distraction to ride through unhealthy cravings. Please consider this other aspect before you remove the puzzle. Why would Fitbit take down a motivational tool that works?

This game is my primary reason that I pay for premium.    I won’t be continuing when my subscription expires.   The other features of premium are not motivating like this game is.

I will add my comment here asking FitBit not to discontinue the Puzzle.

It has been a motivational tool for me and I have stopped wearing my Fitbit since they announced the game's ending.

I will not sign up for premium (I  am on my first free year) and obviously I need to find my own motivation for getting in my exercise. Which is okay too

I am also very disappointed to see the bunnies are ending. May seem silly, but the game really does bring a smile to my face. It’s going to be heartbreaking to not have this option any more.

I’m also curious how many votes are needed to keep this game. This is the first time I have ever used this forum. Happened to see a link on another site.

I thought it was really cool when Get Fit Puzzle was released.  Really fun perk for the premium membership. It has kept me interested in maintaining my membership. (As far as trackers go, can’t say I really need a FitBit with a premium membership. I have an Apple Watch and a Whoop band.). But this little game has kept me around. It’s cute, simple, and I don’t need friends to play which is a nice option.

Please keep the bunnies!

Please keep this game active!  I agree with previous posts that it has been a great motivator and the major reason that I have a premium membership.

HELP! It is now just ONE WEEK away from our game being terminated. I am so beyond upset over this. It’s a much newer feature than many they  are not canceling and that I’ve only used once or twice. I use this game every single day. Please save this game! It’s unique in fitbit and nothing else comes close. All the bugs were finally fixed just when they announced its ending which makes zero sense. What else can we do to save The Get Fit puzzle?

I love this game, why would you cancel a game that clearly so many people enjoy playing? This makes zero sense. Many people on reddit threads are planning to end there subscriptions over it, you don't like money? This just seems like we all lose by ending the game. I really can't understand what the problem is and I also only got into the community to complain about this. I also plan to call customer service and complain as well.

I also came here to implore you to keep this game available. I love it and play everyday. Definitely helps me keep my steps up. As others have stated, the have was the reason that I purchased premium. Had to keep my bunny racing! Please reconsider.
