Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.
Without challenges, once my Fitbit stops working, as they tend to do. I will be done with Fitbit. It's sad they got rid of their best features, which helps support people to stay active.
Well, let's hope they pull thru...a m in the process of trying the Stridekick app. which syncs with the Fitbit......challenges are with large numbers of participants..but haven't got to know it properly yet...maybe give it a try...you have to keep the fitbit app, update on it and it moves to the Stridekick
For many, the social aspects of Fitbit were the core reason for purchase. Without it, there seems very little point in now owning one. No longer can we compete, encourage, motivate and support our friends and family. I have also started a petition to support this: https://www.change.org/fitbitchallenges
Like many other commenters - the loss of challenges is very disappointing. I enjoy connecting with friends and other app users for weekly friendly competitions, motivation and encouragement. This feature is the only reason I have continued to purchase FitBit trackers for the last five years. If the feature is not available when my current Fitbit needs to be replaced I will be switching to a different tracker.
Stridekick is a bit overwhelmed at us all joining, it's quite slow and clunky but hopefully if people pay for the premium service I.e what we used to get on fitbit for free, it will be good. Just watch out for all the weird men trying to get you to message on "Google chat" so you can send pictures of yourself 🤣🤣. It's like a very very bad dating site.
Fitbit challenge was what motivated me and family to compete. It’s just a fancy watch otherwise. Please reconsider and bring the challenges option back.
