Edit Time of Daily Reset of Stats / Add Nightshift

Hi, It would be great if users could change the daily reset of stats to a different hour. We night owls who go sleep late after midnight now have to calculate the differences in our heads and that's not ideal. Thanks!

The steps are reset at midnight, I'd like that to be more personal were we can pick what time our steps reset. Something like 3AM would work better, or even customizable for shift workers and people who are still up quite late.

I want a setting to allow me to reset my steps/calories/etc. at a different time. By default, Fitbit has always reset daily stats at midnight, but I want this to be a changeable setting.

An "End-Day" feature to set one's own schedule rather than auto reset at midnight. We'd select "Going to Bed" so Fitbit would end our day & begin a new day once we wake. OR we could "Begin Day" when we wake. Anything to allow us to track info accurately per our schedule. It may even be helpful in seeing health issues tied to our shift schedules.

As a nurse I find the midnight data reset a nightmare. There should be a feature that allows you to set what time your day ends.

PLEASE allow us to change in our settings, when the day restarts. I work night shift a few nights a week and am missing a good 4 hours of activity overnight, which on those nights, I’m getting far more steps in than during the day. PLEASE change this. Thank you very much. 🙂

I would like to have the option to reset the day timer manually instead of it resetting automatically at midnight.

Everyone has a different work schedule and mine happens to be 12 hour overnight shifts where I am constantly moving. It is difficult to see an actual accurate view of how many miles I clocked, steps, etc. because the “day” resets at 12am when 12am is the peak of MY day on my work days.

I think it’s insane that Fitbit has not implemented a feature to allow you to change the time at which it resets your daily stats. It seems like such a simple but necessary addition for people who work overnights, or people like me who are just night owls. The alternative of changing your time zone is such a dumb workaround. Fitbit please do this!!

Myself, like many other users do not work traditional hours. I work 7pm to 7am and cannot accurately account for my day to day information. I would love to see an option to have my day reset at a time I specify instead of at 12am.

I work night shift in healthcare and usually sleep from 10am-7pm. Being able to choose when Fitbit begins my day would be great. Having everything reset at midnight is resetting in the middle of my day and is inconvenient
