Hi @Azriels !

Thanks for participating in Feature Suggestions. We can see that you have shared lots of ideas here but we ask that you only post one idea per Feature Suggestion. That way we can keep these boards organized and searchable, in addition to clearly understanding which idea other members are voting for.

We have merged your post to a similar idea in order to reduce the number of redundant suggestions.

Please repost your other ideas, each of the banks separately, as individual Feature Suggestions by clicking ‘Add New Suggestion’.

Please add Maybank to Fitbit Pay in Malaysia. It has been almost a year or 2 since this feature was introduced but it was never available in Malaysia.

Here's Maybank's link ( https://maybank2u.com.my )

Yo Malaysian peeps! Show some love to this suggestion and have them get it done! It will be the second wearable (first being Samsung Pay) that supports NFC payment on wrist in Malaysia!

I wonder when will they finally take this suggestion and make it a reality. It's been 2 years.

Malaysia is located in between Thailand and Singapore. Thailand and Singapore have Fitbit Pay. Actually, Malaysia is one of the important countries in South East Asia. More and more foreign people living in Malaysia. And Fitbit is now popular in Malaysia. So please Fitbit enables the Fitbit Pay in Malaysia to allow your customers in Malaysia to get benefits because we have loyal to your products.

Please accept my comment. Thank you!

I agree, it’s misleading that the Fitbit Malaysia website features the Fitbit Pay function when it is not available at all in Malaysia. I was totally misled by that in my purchase decision. Hope that this will be made available soon, the major banks have been suggested by fellow Fitbit users.

I already give up on this function, look like Fitbit didn’t care about it

I wish they have the Fitbit Pay for Malaysia, I'm so disappointed with the service. I guess time to move on from Fitbit.

Come on fitbit. Make fitbit pay in Malaysia happen already. Im using ios, and already im not able to use the quick reply function. Its gonna be 2020 and we still dont have fitbit pay in Malaysia?? Its like im using a fake smart fitness watch!

If Fitbit Pay is to made available in Malaysia, would Touch 'n Go be also supported like Taiwan's iPASS on Fitbit Pay?

It would be good if Fitbit can cooperate with prepaid cards too such as BIGPAY. I would love to add my Bigpay card to Fitbit and enjoy the contactless payment through Fitbit.

It's 2020.

Let's have Fitbit Pay in Malaysia

It will help promote your devices . Especially now that you've paired with Google

It is 2020 now and all sorts of eWallet are also available in Malaysia. It has been years since Fitbit Ionic was launched in Malaysia. So, it is the right time to have Fitbit Pay in Malaysia.

Some banks that can be considered are Maybank and CIMB Bank.

Apart from that, since Revolut is accepted in some countries, Fitbit Pay should also accept BigPay as one of the cards to be considered.

Finally, maybe can team up with Touch n Go for transit access, if possible.

I can't believe fitbit pay still doesn't available in Malaysia. It is in Singapore and Thailand. NFC payment is very common and accepted at all shops in Malaysia. We have a lot fitbit user in Malaysia but unfornately not fitbit pay. Can you let know what fitbit is thinking?

Hi @sy9087, thanks for explaining why you would like to have this option. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about here. Keep adding these suggestions.

I have been using Fitbit for over a year. From the first day of using, I have submit the request regarding Fitbit Pay, but it still missing in Malaysia.

Although there is some rumours

https://www.lowyat.net/amp/2019/194868/fitbit-pay-malaysia-q1-2020/

mention about Fitbit Pay is coming. But I believe Fitbit Pay should be wont available in Malaysia so soon.

At the end, I switch my phone to Samsung and use Samsung Pay now. So far so nice!

UOB already has mighty pay in their app that can make payment thru phone's NFC.

I don't know about other banks.

Previously there was an article about Fitbit pay coming into Malaysia in the first quarter of 2020, but now the third quarter is ending yet still nothing.

WHILE Garmin Pay is already in testing stage. https://klgadgetguy.com/2020/08/12/garmin-pay-malaysia/

Its been 2 years since the suggestion was made, and more than 50 votes were received. However, Fitbit Pay is still isn't available in Malaysia.

I have seen in this last couple of years, more and more Malaysian decide to buy on Fitbit watch, but it is saddening that we cannot use the watch to the full capacity as it should be. I hope that it will be available as soon as possible. Looking forward to it!
