We (my Fitbit friends) would like to increase the challenge numbers to include more than 10 people. Our group includes way more than 10 who are active and want play
Please bring back 20 ppl per challenge. I have 47 fitbit contacts of which 24 are pretty active. I run the challenges and having to run 3 challenges to include everyone limits what I can do. Having 20 in a group was very motivating and allowed me to create 2 more challenges than normal. I read that the reason you rolled back was because people didn't like the empty space when a challenge isn't full? If that's the case, please do not roll back for that reason. More of us want this feature than I'm sure any amount of people who complain about look and feel. We've been asking for this feature for 2 years now, we got a taste of it and love it. please bring it back.
I am actually thinking long and hard of leaving Fitbit all together as soon as I can afford the Apple Watch. Many issues are: band smelling issues, challenges- 20 then 10, can not invite other trackers, no new challenges and the lack of support-- issues on boards for 2 years!!! I really like the Fitbit idea but having new challenges and features are an important for keeping the customers happy. Have 3 trackers in one year due to problems are not helping either... just my 2 cents...
I just have two suggestions...to please create the challenges to have 15 - 20 people before they are full which is currently set @ 10...I also feel that the messages should be kept in a string format because sometimes when answering to someone's message and you go back to the message column again, whomever may have started the conversation is the only message available without your prior response...other than that I am totally happy with the product you produced...what a great and fun way to stay fit!✌🏾
A few weeks ago they u were aloud more than 10 in the challenges and it was brilliant why have they stopped it what actually is the point in stopping this if it's more beneficial to everyone.
The band is pretty flimsy. I'm on my third. As far as the smell goes. When Its time to charge my blaze. I use alcohol and cotton square to wipe down the blaze and the band. That has helped keep the band from being stinky all the time.
I know this has been covered by many others but i would really like fitbit to add more than 10 to the work week and weekend challenge. I co-ordinate a fitbit group at work and we currently have 16 people with fitbits, we would all like to be in the same challenge not spread across 2
As a dietitian and trainer, I have many clients who are not only interested in increasing their activity, but are motivated by the challenges. They are repeatedly disappointed when they are unable to be part of a challenge due to very low participant limit. Please increase the maximum participant level.
Please bring back the feature that enables you to add more than 10 people in the work week hustle and weekend warrior challenges. There was a 2 week stretch where you could have 20 people in a challenge. Please bring that back!
Please increase the group number to 20 for workweek hustle! It was great a couple months back when you did it!! So many of us want to be in one group. Pleaaaassseee!!!
I think any of the challenges a person is in as well as the number of participants should be unlimited. I have 5 separate challenges with people because one week we were allowed 20 per challenge and the next it was back to 10. 3 of those challenges are from people of the group of 20. 🙂
I think it should be unlimited because last week, I had 10 challenges during the week and though all the workweek challenges ended, I couldn't join a goal day challenge until everyone synced in one of the workweek challenges.... it was very frustrating!!
Please allow for more than 10 to participate! My coworkers are loving doing the work week hustle together, and our competitiveness is inspiring others to get Fitbits but it's frustrating that we can't all be in the same competition and see everyone's progress.
