We (my Fitbit friends) would like to increase the challenge numbers to include more than 10 people. Our group includes way more than 10 who are active and want play
with 308 comments? I think we are in this group making comments about our concerns for nothing. I don't think Fitbit is reading these comments. If they are, they would have done something about it. I made my comment some time ago and till now, no feedback on it. I'm almost giving up
In as much as some of us don't think it's a serious concern, it is for me
Totally agree BlackDude! Moderator has not reviewed the comment despite many more comments been added. It is a very serious concern for me being admin for a COPD with a Fitbit group! they are all seriously concerned for their health & know that apart from quitting smoking, which we have all done , walking is our best advocate. They have all bought a Fitbit & yet I can only get 10 members in a challenge, major fail here!
Number of permissible competitions or challenges (10) should be limited to active challenges only, not countinf those that have ended but yet to sync for all members.
Once a challenge has ended, it shouldn't count towards the ten limits.
I too have been writing directly to FitBit and posting on this forum the need to increase the number of participants. I also was so exciting when I looked and saw the number of participants increased to 30 for a few days. What a disappoint to see the following week when it decreased back to 10! I suggest we bombard the CEO, James Park with emails. Maybe he can at least respond where the moderator has not! His email address is posted but I don't know if it's legit, but it never hurts to try. jpark@fitbit.com
I concur, please increase challenge participants to greater than 10, we all have a lot of friends that we want to compete with, but cant because we are limited.
Fitbit, what do we have to do to get you to increase the number of people who can participate in challenges? Cookies? Just think of what a great New Years present you would give all your users if you increase the amount of people. Pretty pretty please?! It can't be that hard to change it! Just do it!
It would be a great idea to allow more than 10 fitbits on workweek and weekend challenges. Over half of the staff at the company I work for have fitbits and we would all love to be on a challenge together
I have recently brought a Fitbit charge 2. Excited to join the challenges with the rest of the family was disappointed that I was unable to participate. Thinking the Fitbit challenges against them would encourage me a great deal it was annoying to find the challenges only were upto 10 people. There are 17 of us. So we have had to resort to 2 challenge groups but it’s bot the same. Come on FItbit guys increase these to allow bigger group challenges. It’s the only downside, that Andy Bly allowing one app notification. But that’s different grumble. So please please up the number.
Fitbit, could you please increase the number of participants in a challenge to at least 20? 1) Many of us are long-time Fitbitters, have made many friends here, and would like to be able to participate together. 2) The number of participants hasn’t changed in the 3 years I’ve been in challenges. 3) This idea has had many upvotes for the last two years, so it obviously a popular concept. 4) Fitbit has said they are “working on it” since July 2016. 5) The feature was rolled out last year (Summer 2017) to some members, only to quickly disappear. So obviously the feature is possible.
I have over 15 friends on my Fitbit app but challenges only support 10 people so a few ladies got left ito on a few challenges. It would be great if we could have more than 10 people be able to complete in a challenge.
No one is listening. Obviously Fitbit does no care about the wants of their client base. We have been asking for this change for a couple years. Nothing has happened, except for the week that was a tease. New users are saying the same thing those of us who are long time users have been saying since the beginning. The repetition is maddening.
