Individual "Self timer" to guided meditations list

In the Track your mindfulness category on Fitbit home screen, may I suggest you add a "self timer" option to your list of guided meditations. This feature would allow the user to set a time for how long they meditate, and do it on their own in silence, without having to listen to a guided recording. Maybe just have a nice chime when the time is up.

Please, can you give us a way to track mindfulness we do outside the official Fitbit sessions. Self timer or manually logging. Anything would help. I'm surprised you haven't made the change following so many requests for it.

I would love to have a custom timer and meditaion but i guess this is not happening since this post is 8 pages long and 4 years old. It is sad to see fitbit developers do not really care about user's demands.

Please add this feature, I have to shift to a different app just for this feature.

To give it a push, I recently bought a charge 6 and I'm very happy with it. There are just 3 things I really miss:

Track my own meditation is one of them.

Being able to track nordic walking, and my blood pressure would be the other 2.

I agree that Nordic Walking would be a nice exercise for the Inspire2 to
recognize!!! The activity is usually recognized as an Elliptical workout,
unless I set it to track a "Workout".
New Inspire2 users beware, the Inspire2 does not accurately track
exercise sessions that it recognizes itself — heart rate is never
accurately recorded. I've done plenty of experiments with "auto recognized"
exercise sessions compared to those I manually set. The auto recognized
session is never an accurate measure of the exercise session. My old Charge
3 was much more accurate in recognizing exercise...maybe because it has a
slightly larger sensor?

Not being able to track my independent mindfulness sessions really stresses me out!!1! 🤣
Seriously though, 🙏 please make it easy to log my own, personal meditation practice.

Please add a timer to the mindfulness options. Adding a simple timer that you can start and stop as needed will allow us to track in app like a walk. People have been asking for this for literal years and it would bring joy to so many, for such a minor effort on your part. Alternately, program 'meditate' as mindfulness, not exercise.

These are all great ideas! To me, mindfulness is at the *core* of all of my other health goals. It is a daily frustration to not have that front and center like exercise days. I’m thinking of asking Santa for a different brand tracker.
