Integrate with Apple Watch

The options available for wearing your FitBit with business casual clothing is extremely limited. Please partner with Apple & allow us to use the Apple Watch to track our steps for a premium subscription. I love the APP & currently proudly wear my flex daily, but would really like the option available when the Apple Watch is released.

I would really enjoy a fit bit app for the Apple Watch also that way I don't have to wear both my Apple Watch and my Fit Bit at the same time

I totally agree with you I  purchase  my Fit Bit about A year ago and got my Apple Watch about 3 months ago and I didn't want to waste the $100 I spent on my Fit Bit so I am wearing both they need to make an app that does everything the Fit Bit does but on Apple Watch

"I would really enjoy a fit bit app for the Apple Watch also that way I don't have to wear both my Apple Watch and my Fit Bit at the same time" - support, I have same story.

I would also like integration with the Apple Watch. I have a feeling it's not in Fitbit's hands, but Apple's. They guard their technology jealously.

I don't think this is an Apple constraint but a business decision by Fitbit. I have a number of apps that work well with the Apple Watch and integrate completely with the Apple Health data. Apple has been very open with their health APIs.

Fitbit chose not to integrate with Apple Health (and as a result Apple stopped selling Fitbit devices). Other companies, such as Withings, took the opposite view and as a result their products are now a better choice for those using Apple devices (and are available to buy from Apple). There's every reason to believe Apple would allow Fitbit to rethink its stance and integrate with Apple Health; it would make absolute sense from Apple's perspective and I think there's a very strong argument for it making sense for Fitbit too.

I can't believe fitbit is holding to this position. Like others, I've been using a fitbit tracker (flex) for years; now that i have an Apple Watch, which fitbit won't allow to integrate with its app, I can't participate in challenges with longstanding fitbit friends. It's disappointing. Again, like others, I'd be willing to pay for some premium functionality via the app to support this integration. Can't we all just get along?

does any one know how many votes we need for this idea to be considered?

My sister has an Apple Watch and would love to see it integrated with the Fitbit app so we can challenge each other. This seems to make so much sense make an Apple Watch App already!

I would also like to see integration of available Apple Watch data with the iOS Fitbit app, and a Fitbit App specifically for the Apple Watch.

I often like to wear Fitbit Flex 2 because it is small and light, and does not need to be tight on my wrist to be functional.  I prefer it for sleep tracking as well.

For situations where I choose to wear a larger watch type device, I prefer the Apple Watch.  Sometimes, I choose to wear both the Flex 2 and the Apple Watch at the same time.  The Flex 2 does not have heart rate monitoring (thus I can wear it loosely) and it does not have an altimeter for counting floors, but Apple Watch does.  If there was a thoughtful integration of the two sets of data, my preference for Flex 2 as my Fitbit of choice would not result in never having HR data to enhance the Fitbit data, or floor badges achieved on the Fitbit dashboard.

Please consider integration! I would pay for premium if i was able to import my Apple Watch data to the dashboard and take part in the challenges and the leaderboard. I miss my Fitbit friends!

Would totally pay for an app or premium membership to be able to participate in the challenges again and the leaderboard!!!

I agree! If the Apple watch could integrate into the Dashboard id lt may
be enough without an Apple watch app. The app would be most ideal

Just got the Apple Watch and my friends are missing me from the group challenges we have been doing every week!  I just figured out how to enable MobileTrack, but I don't carry my phone with me every where I go.  Please, please, please sync our steps and other data to your wonderful app!  Been a very faithful FitBit wearer for years and have lots of my data tracked in the app.

FYI - there is an app out there call Stridekick that allows you to compete
with friends no matter the tracker, including an apple watch.

The more people that use it, the more likely fitbit would have to allow
this compatibility or risk losing people

This Mobile Track helps... I know it's not ideal but at least it's a step in the right direction.

Can't request this strongly enough... I've been a Fitbit user for over 2 years but recently transitioned to Apple Watch for various reasons.

Really miss the social elements of Fitbit, along with the interface (miles ahead of the Health app for tracking of Heart Rate / Daily Steps etc.). The ability to use my watch as a tracker - directly or indirectly via some sort of Health synchronisation would be fantastic...

Another vote for either an Apple Watch App, or allow steps to be counted via the health app. I thought that once I had the MobileTrack it counted actual steps, not just the ones while holding your phone. I work in an office and I don't want to have to carry my phone around with me to count the steps.

I haven't been wearing my fitbit because I used to put it in pockets but I'm mostly wearing dresses these days and got tired of tucking it into my bra. And I really don't want to have to wear two devices.

As others have said, I would be happy to pay some sort of premium to be able to integrate the watch.

I'm sure im not the only one who would like for Fitbit to allow Apple Watch users to be able to sync their data and get the most out of the app. I have an Apple Watch and would love to get the most out of the Fitbit app. Instead of my watch being able to sync and not have much phone, I still have to carry my phone everywhere just to have my watch data on the app.

I really don't see the difference between syncing with the phone or the watch, just let us choose which one we would like to use. I got an apple watch over a fitbit because of the extra perks it offered and after my brand new flex would not sync no matter what I did... delete the app, reinstall the app, turn everything off, turn everything on, reset... nothing, so I returned it (they didn't have any to exchange). Now I can't participate with my family in challenges because we can't have phones at work. Most clothes I can wear in my business office setting do not have pockets or pockets big enough for a phone.

Does anyone else think it's mindblowing that FitBit is struggling financially, yet ignoring customers who are begging for a way to be able to pay them for a SERVICE.

just to state the obvious one more time, and be counted with the masses...

"I'd like to see Apple Watch or at least Health Kit integration with Fitbit...  "

allowing this seems like an obvious business decision to make at this point, or suffer the same fate as hardware providers like Blackberry...

This seems hopeless. Just to confirm what everyone else is saying. Make a paid app that will work on Apple watch just like having Fitbit. I am another lost customer, my fitbit is collecting dust since I got my Apple Watch. I will not wear two of them. Please listen, what is wrong with this company?

Fitbit, add me to the GINORMOUS amount of commenters re who are begging to give you more money for an app that will integrate with Apple Watch.
