Maintain Fitbit web dashboard going forward

As an older user, my eyesight and hand eye coordination are poor. So, I prefer the website dashboard on my PC. That dashboard keeps directing us to the mobile app. Please assure you will continue maintaining both as I cannot rely solely on the mobile app. Please consider all of your customers when providing tools. Many thanks!

I cannot find anything now.  I tried to download data.  It said it was completed, but where do I find this?  If it isn't on my computer of in e-mail, how do I

access anything?

It is truly terrible, isn't it ! Fitbit - you should all be ashamed of yourselves !!

I prefer to review my stats on my laptop in the morning with a coffee.  I have the App on my phone.  It is not exactly user friendly to see everything you want to see on the phone screen compared to the laptop screen.

Did Fitbit/Google even ask their users if they wanted this change?  It appears not, as I was not asked and I am online every day.  It seems one day the dashboard was available on the laptop, the next day it was not.  No warning, no vote on whether the users wanted it.  Just gone and figure it out yourself.

I am not happy with this change.  I was the dashboard back on my laptop, please and thank you!

I did see notification that I would no longer be able to access my data on my computer as of July. I contacted them at that time. Frankly, I don't think they give a tinker's **ahem** about what we think.

Once my watch fails, it will be my last fitbit watch.  Bring Dashboard please.  I want to stay a customer as I have for over 20 years.

I too am really annoyed about the loss of the dashboard.  It is MUCH TO SMALL to study our long term graphs and trends on a phone.  I depended totally on the big screen version on my desktop for planning activities, meals, etc.  I will not replace my current Fitbit if you do not replace the dashboard feature, and seriously, how expensive can that be, given your huge market share.  I am a long time user and very disappointed.  I hope you HEAR all your clients, especially those who are older and or vision impaired.

As a senior who has used Fitbit for many years, I am so disappointed that the dashboard no longer works and the download I tried is completely unusable.

Please consider bringing back the website with dashboard.  I am a computer person not a phone person.  I need a larger screen and a real keyboard to track and view my exercise activity.  I wished you would have asked us first what WE wanted.  Dashboard is very important to me.  I am disappointed with how you Fitbit/Google or whatever has handled this.  As for a cell phone iseems to be the only way for us to view Fitbit. I am not happy with it.  I am not one to walk around with a phone glued to my hand. Because I can't see it.  I tell people, email me! And if you want me to look up something, I use a real computer. Asking around my circle of fitness friends and getting ideas to go elsewhere if needed.  Right now I'm holding out but I don't know how much longer I can.

I wonder if this is a form of discrimination?

Fitbit evidently doesn't want me to consider using a fitbit product since a smart phone is mandatory

Nothing more than a business model that apparently works rather well for Google.

Well, I know that someone or something is reading the comments because I used the old phrase Tinker's D_m_and they changed it to "ahem". Wish they could change it back to the old format. ....and to the person who asked if this could be discrimination - "ahem" straight it is. Many forms of technology today are - IMHO.

My lack of ability to see details of my workouts on my app for my Versa 2 is NOT an “effective update.” It’s HORRIBLE. Please restore the ability to see my heart rate, pace, and walking map as well as the details of my heart rate for my other workouts. I have not opted for an Apple Watch yet, but you’re driving me to it after 2 decades of using Fitbit to track my wellness.

I just got my new fitbit watch and went to log on the dashboard only to find out that you have taken it away and for what purpose? It is very difficult to log food on my phone and easier to do it on my computer. After this fitbit I will be looking for a new program and I have been with fitbit since 2015. you alson took my password and force me to use facebook to log in with. Why?????

Fitbit is a medical device, demanding appropriate attention and agency regulation.  In many cases, it is prescribed pursuant to health maintenance and improvement programs designed for people who, without program materials and tools, would incur a panoply of medical expenses that directly and/or ultimately fall directly on the backs of taxpayers.

Call your Members of Congress.  Demand that they properly regulate Google and partners who sell out to Google and predatory companies like them.

Know that our public servants count every call.  Calling five times a week counts as five calls.

They value our input.  Make your 1-minute call today.  And tomorrow.  And the next day. Calendar your calls; this is what democracy looks like.

They don't care. Weight Watchers did the same thing. They shoved everyone onto the app and didn't care that seniors and those with medical conditions preferred using the website.

I have used fitbit for the last 5 years. I use fitbit maps to view walks on my computer esp. on vacation. Viewing maps on iPhone is just not practical. I really like looking at my recent 8 mile walk through Berlin, Germany. But not any more. Google owns fitbit, c'mon people, do the right thing. This sounds like some bogus licensing sh*t. Where sho

Definitely, bring back the dashboard.

I use the maps to view vacation treks through cities.  Viewing the map on an iPhone just does not work for me.

Clearly they haven't considered the many reasons people prefer the website.  For anyone who is visually impaired changing to a different tracker will be necessary. I've had a FitBit for ten years and am not looking forward to changing to a different device.

After 5 fitbit purchases over the last decade, I won't buy another.  Sorry Fitbit, the App is a very poor substitute in regards to food entry.  That was the only reason why I stuck with fitbit for so long.  Hasta La vista

Aye … but what’s the point of a device that tracks physical activity like running etc to the granularity of 1 second, but has an app that shows only in minutes
