Maintain Fitbit web dashboard going forward

As an older user, my eyesight and hand eye coordination are poor. So, I prefer the website dashboard on my PC. That dashboard keeps directing us to the mobile app. Please assure you will continue maintaining both as I cannot rely solely on the mobile app. Please consider all of your customers when providing tools. Many thanks!

I never found the sleep analysis to be of much benefit, honestly. As I understand it, Fitbit can only detect when you are perfectly still and counts that as sleep. If you get up, like we all do, it assumes you are awake and stops the sleep cycle. Unfortunately (at least from my experience) it doesn't add up the multiple times you fall back asleep. I ended up writing it down, unfortunately...

It is so incredibly frustrating to watch previously available features get removed while endless users are on here begging for them to be brought back/maintained. EVERY SINGLE WEEK I get a progress report emailed to me that has a massive link to "View Dashboard" which doesnt even exist anymore!

The fact that Google/FitBit care so little about the durability & functionality of their products and the needs of their customers is appalling when theyre selling devices that people ACTUALLY need and count on for their health.

Yes, Indeed...
The "system" misses about half my activities now, even though I'm very careful about setting up the tracker to record, About the only thing that works is the chrono (timer) function and the heart rate monitor, which are easily recorded using alternate sources. It "is what it is" I'm afraid... I doubt we will ever see any attention to our frustrations.  Hang in there...

Don't expect anything more or better. The only reason the @dm!n$ pay
attention to this page is to ¢3n$0r criticism. I've had multiple posts d3£3t3d.
All they want is your d@t@. They don't give the proverbial r@t$ @$$ about
the u$er experience. F'em and get a different device or, better yet, let's @!!

@Tingalayo W3ll said. My relative has been b4nned 4 life for asking a polite question. I use a competitive product now because my Fitbit has been made useless by these changes.

I am making more consistent use of my FitBit Versa once again. I missed the event when the online dashboard was brought offline. This is EXTREMELY frustrating from the perspective of access and usability. I will start examining other device/platforms, and I welcome any suggestions from others in the chat. This appears to be a common, impactful request. This is very disappointing.

I am moving to Garmin when my Fitbit dies. Garman offers a wide range of
choices, from bands to watches.

Well good luck with the Garmin.  I am throwing mine in the trash.  Nothing but problems from day 1.  The step tracker does not work...gives me steps for brushing my llamas but none for mowing my lawn???

Oh no. I heard such good things about the Forerunner 55.

I had a different model (Vivosmart 5), so hopefully you will have better luck.  My Fitbit was so much better and 1/3 the cost.

If you tally up Bring back Dashboard original posts, the myriad justifiable reasons to offer the desktop/laptop dashboard, and the comments supporting it far outweighs most of the features/improvements on the "under consideration" page.  TO THE MODERATOR(S):  STOP IGNORING THIS ISSUE.  Just bring back THE DASHBOARD!  Thanks!!!!
