More Adventures races/solo (in USA and Internationally)

Can you add more adventures to list of available choices? Right now there's stuff in New York and California but nothing that represents the middle of the country. I'd like to see Grandma's Marathon from Duluth, MN added to the list of available adventures and maybe some other well known places like Mount Rushmore or the Washington Mall in D.C. or Glacier National Park. Just please add more places.

I'd love to see Hadrian's Wall, Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, Glacier National Park, a walking tour of the National Monuments in downtown DC (maybe the Marine Corps Marathon route). I agree that the Appalachian Trail and Great Wall of China could be very interesting. I like the helpful hints and occasional additional physical challenges. I enjoy the panoramic photos, especially ones with some wildlife in them. If you take a wildlife focus for the panoramic shots, you could potentially enjoy any number of habitats without having to pay for the big name locations. Is there a way to have people share their own fitbit walks, including their cool photos - geopositioning is often included in phone photos, so then it's just a matter of grouping things into discreet "walks."

how about going international. As a Scot I'd like to see challenges such as The West Highland Way. Maybe others around Europe and the world could also be included

To add to that list, there could be the volcanoes list just like there's the NYC list and Yosemite list.

Volcanoes could include:

Volcano hike in Greece (as mentioned above by Julia)

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Mt. Etna, Italy

Eyjafjallajökull, Iceland

Mt. Rinjani, Indonesia

Just to name a few...they're active volcanoes that are hikable by tourists.

For those that would enjoy some history, doing a "tour" of the locations of past World Fairs would be pretty epic, as well.

I agree with ALL OF THEM! I finished the solo treks fairly quickly in about 2-3 weeks and wish I had more. Doing the same ones over and over get pretty dull. I would definitely love to do some world treks instead of just the US.

If there're no plans to release new ones soon, why not allow current fitbit users to turn in their own hikes, with GPS information and pictures of a certain size, quality, etc. to do most of the work for you guys with proper credit? I'm sure the coding is already in place with the first 6 you've put out? Why the long delay in something that's obviously super popular?

This is a great suggestion and I agree it would be nice to have more Adventures in different countries, I personally would like a couple for my country. Please spread the word so more people can vote and comment to this idea. Heart

Yes! More adventures would be awesome!! Smiley Very Happy It's kinda disheartening though to see that there has been no update on this in the last year. 😛

Please more solo adventures. They are one of the best bits of a fit bit, no other fitness app offers this. They really make me motivated and brighten up my day, like a part of me is not walking round my office but looking out over a waterfall! Maybe offer them as some kind of download we could do? Put a range up and we get to download the ones we want.

Dear Fitbit,

Please Consider adding the Luis and Clark trail to the solo adventures.

Thanks for being awesome!

Need more adventures and different challenges. I have stopped using my Fitbit a lot because its getting boring doing the same adventure and the same challenge.

I'd like to see a much bigger challenge that would take a longer time to complete such as the Bay Area ridge trail or something like that.

It would be great if more adventure races and solo adventures could be added to the challenges, particularly UK cities which UK users might enjoy. London, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Liverpool maybe? All of these cities have significant landmarks and great routes!

Companies that don't recruit a social media team to respond to questions and comments clearly don't give a hoot about what their customer base wants.

Ugh! Can it be true? Any work-around suggestions? Other complementary apps in line with solo adventures?

Thank you.

I love the solo challenges, however I have completed all of them at least twice and would like some new scenery.  Are there plans to add different areas to explore?

I would love to see adventures from around the world. Scotland would be awesome. Also, the Adirondack Park in NY. Maybe a 46 high peeks asventure option?

I agree, I would love more adventures from around the world!

I also think it would be great to have users submit photos of hikes and cityscapes.  How fun! More motivation for us shutterbugs!!!!

Keep on Keepin'on.

I would really like more aventures, too. I would love an around the world one, a Grand Canyon one, a rain forest one . . . wilderness treks . . . I would be OK with city ones like Paris and Madrid. Please add adventures!

Let's go international with the walking adventures, perhaps as a year long game 🙂 Each month offer a cetain number of adventures from different countries. These may be done in a group style where the objective is to get through a number of cities within 30 days. By finishing the adventure each month you can gain a Challenge Stamp/badge in your adventure passport.

How about a trek up Kilimanjaro?

Apparently cross posting not ok, I had to edit this since I couldn't delete it. Good luck for us all on this issue!
