More clock/watch faces for the Charge 3!

So, the Charge 3 is out and there is a huge let down:

There are only 5 clock/watch faces:

Come on Fitbit...at least include all the Charge 2 watch faces too. We all loved the Charge 2 watch face with the time, date and the highlighted feature (steps/heart rate etc.)

Whats missing:

- Faces with the actual DATE and DAY

- Faces with a DIGITAL SECONDS TIMER

Or to say it again, just include the Charge 2 watch faces. Thanks in advance.

Me too, I’ve officially returned my charge 3and I’m looking at a few other options. I held on to it for as long as I could hoping we would at least get a response or ETA from Fitbit but that hasn’t happened.

The functionality of the charge 2 is great so I would go back to that, but the hardware is too bulky especially now that I’ve tried the newer lighter and thinner version.

I’m super bummed, I love Fitbit but really disappointed at the lack of service so it doesn’t make sense to continue supporting their product.

My Charge 2 had a watch face that showed the time, steps and total calories burned.  I am watching my daily calorie burn closely and I just got a Charge 3 and there is no face that includes calories burned.  HELP!

For the love of God, please add the Charge 2 watch faces at a minimum.

• Fitbit isn't listening to requests from customers to at least have the Charge 2 clock faces on the Charge 3 "upgrade."
• They have a history, too. The Blaze came out in the Spring of 2016, with clock faces described as "uninspired." It was not until the Fall of 2016 that Fitbit released reasonable clock faces for the Blaze. The lesson that they learned is that their customers will wait.
• I was so looking forward to upgrading my Charge 2, but not at the expense of losing easy access to time, date, HR, and steps. I'm keeping my Charge 2 until is conks out. Hopefully, by then Fitbit gets their act together, or I have to look for a fitness band maker who considers customer feedback.
• It will take something besides customers asking (over and over and over) on this forum to get the clock faces up to snuff for Fitbit to listen (or even give a status report).

Really good input. There have been more than enough posts about this issue, yet the customers are being ignored. It's obviously not important to the company. They probably figure enough people will buy the Charge 3 over the holidays and too bad if they're disappointed. Only way to get their attention is not to buy a Charge 3, or return it if you already have one.

I agree If bought it return I guess that would be called boycott charge 3?unbelievable people don’t read reviews before buying it?I always read reviews that is why I didn’t buy charge 3.Even where I buy it amazon ect all had bad reviews.I haven’t still read anyone saying anything good about charge 3.Only that they love charge 2 including me.Just isn’t waterproof.

They produced scrap and have a client somewhere.
Hired a lot of moderators who do nothing but transfuse posts from one to the other.

Give back that scrap we will see how they back customers.
They will never back customers when someone will buy different  company equipment that will stay with them

After stepping back and looking at the situation it becomes clear why Fitbit doesn’t answer the universal call of their once loyal users. This is intentional, early on in the development cycle it was learned that they could not complete the Charge 3 with appropriate clock faces starting with the Charge 2 faces. IT COULD NOT BE READY FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING WHICH REPRESENTS BIGGIST SALES PERIOD IN THE YEAR. So they released the hardware platform and just remain vague as to they are working on it maybe soon. My recommendation is for everyone to return the incomplete Charge 3 as I have. Then go to every electronic sales place and post a review with 1 star recommending not to purchase until a complete product is available. Boys and girls this was planned, risky but somewhat understandable, but should not be at once loyal Fitbit users expense.

The charge 3 is a huge letdown and step backwards for Fitbit. The design is great but the functionality is horrible, the clock faces NEED to be updated to include all the charge 2 features. When I upgraded from the charge 2 to the charge 3 I expected it to be an upgrade not a downgrade. I will be going back to the charge 2 or a different fitness tracker by the end of the year If the clock faces aren’t updated to include clock, date, steps, and HR.

Yeah I’m soooo glad more and more posts on here finally r saying they returned charge 3 As well as the clock faces.I like the one suggestion to return and post one star on site where u bought at.I feel that charge 3 should be recalled.Fitbit why aren’t u just recalling all those horrible charge 3?u r Horrible from what I have been reading on here for the last couple of months more and more people r not liking your company as much.Im trying to hang in there with u because I do love my Fitbit charge 2.Some days I just feel sooo mad 😡 at u how u r letting me down and others down.Then it makes me feel like I want to boycott u and try another company.I will see what this next year brings and see if I’m even with Fitbit at all next year?This year I have lost like 10 of my Fitbit friends because their trackers died and some don’t have money to replace it.Thank goodness I have their cell numbers of some now because I have made some great friends on there and that there is what I’m thankful for.

The more I think about it, the more this does look like a half-baked product rushed to market before the holidays. Hardware is exceptional but software is awful. Besides the clock faces, don’t forget this unit had a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen, but there is no software to even read it!

Based on the total lack of customer service, there is no way I would buy a charge 3 now and “hope” the software gets updated.

This is my 4th Fitbit.  I was surprised and disappointed with the clock faces on the Charge 3.  Like others please add the clock faces from the Charge 2.

Different color backgrounds and/or numbers would be nice. It sucks not being able to see anything when you’re out in the sun. Even shading it doesn’t help.
