Overall user experience has declined

It has to be said that the overall user experience post google has rapidly declined. I have been a daily user for more than four years and have tried other wearables including the Apple Watch but had preferred Fitbit, that is until recently. Reduced features, unwanted additions that we cannot get rid of, lower accuracy in readings and more. Stupid.

Agreed! I enter my water and for some reason, it converted all my fl oz to ml, but left the fl. So instead of 17 fl oz, it says 500 fl oz. I am so frustrated. I have been using for several years as well.

Same here. Bring back the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly step counts ASAP

I exercise every morning in a small pool and tried to add swimming 30 min. to my fitbit app but it will not add just time, they want distance. How am I supposed to know the distance? Fitbit has gone downhill ever since Google bought it. It is very frustrating trying to use the app when I used to use the laptop while working at a desk to check on sleep and log in food or exercise. Which was way easier and had more features. I am DONE! I’m throwing my fitbit in the trash. Not worth the headache or stress.
