Overlay different data-sets on top of each other (altitude, speed, heart rate for a ride)

I'd like the ability to overlay different data sets on top of each other for comparison and correlation.. things like resting heart rate Vs Weight over time, or avg night's sleep Vs resting heart rate over time, or altitude Vs Speed Vs heart rate for a ride, etc.

this would help with long term trending of data, but also specific training scenarios and sessions.

Adding an overlay of heart rate on the sleep graph would also be useful in helping to determine how restful sleep is. For example, a higher average heart rate while sleeping might be indicative of less restful sleep so being able to tie heart rate to sleep would provide some more insight.

I would use this for sure. It would also be more impactful data. You can see the day-to-day, but being able to compare over a period of time makes it actually useful. One entry is never enough, you need a larger data pool to be useful.
