Please Update Sleep Tracking to Continue After Brief Awakenings / Fragmented Sleep

My sleep session stops every time I get up briefly at night. As a mom with very broken sleep (bathroom trips, feeding/changing baby, settling baby), Fitbit ends the whole session. Please add an option to continue sleep after short awakenings. I also sent this by email.

I did not think of it from a mother/parent point of view.
But I sometimes wake up for an hour in the night too.
I also sometimes take a nap in the middle of the day, for which it adds the hours but not the chart to the night sleep.
Extremely annoying that it gives fragmented reports.
It should show a report for the entire day, and allow you to set the hours it tracks the day between. (eg. from 18:00 to 17:59)

Hi @Jay8730 - you can edit your night sleep time to be from start (which it will generally pick up automatically) to last end sleep manually.

That might help a bit. You may not get detailed sleep information if periods of sleep are under 3 hours but you may get an overall in sleep duration.

Guy, it doesn’t let you edit like it used to. It will add the entire extra time as pure sleep whereas it used to show the stages. I usually get up about two hours before my final get up to use the bathroom and they should know that it’s still scheduled sleep time for me but it stops my sleep then. Same if I get up too soon after I go to bed. Wasn’t too much a problem when we could properly edit it,  but now it’s terrible.
