Please change sleep tracking categories back to track deep sleep

I just noted the sleep. Tracking categories have changed in the app. It used to track awake rem light and deep sleep. I’m trying to improve my deep sleep and find the breakdown very useful. Now it just tracks awake restless, and asleep which is a bit meaningless if I’m being honest. Please consider changing it back. Thank you!!!

Please allow us to disable cardio load/cardio load notifications.  I work out when I'm able and I'm constantly being notified that I'm either over or under training.  This is not helpful, especially because I'm not training for anything.  Some weeks, I'm simply able to work out more, so I do!

I totally get your frustration! Tracking deep sleep is crucial, especially when you're working on improving sleep quality. The new categories feel way too broad, and without the detailed breakdown, it’s hard to get meaningful insights. Hopefully, the developers listen to this feedback and bring back the full sleep analysis. Have you checked if there’s an option to revert to the previous tracking method or reached out to support? I’d love to know if there’s a workaround!😊

Hi @Ctgirl14. Thank you for sharing your Product Feedback with the Fitbit Community. To receive sleep stages, your Fitbit device will generate sleep stages as long as you have slept for more than 3 hours and the heart rate was detected during that time. If not, your device will record basic information called sleep patterns. To learn more about this, see this help article.

That being said, if you're talking about something different, p
