Rearrange or customize Charge 3 & 4 apps/stats view/Today

I'd really like the ability to rearrange the built in apps on my Charge 3. The app I'll use most often is the Weather, which is on the last page! I have to swipe a bunch to get to it. The next one would be the timer app, which is on the second page. The most frustrating part is that on some of the help pages, the images show the apps in a different order! I've spent ages trying to figure out how to adjust it.

Agree with all the others commenting here: If the Charge 3 is supposed to be a "new &  improved" version of the Charge 2, how can all the great customization options the Charge 2 had be left out?? Please add options to hide stats we don't want or need and the ability to rearrange the order. Also, the same clockfaces from the Charge 2 would be nice. I liked the double-stat screen that showed time, date, and the first 2 of my chosen stats (calories and steps). Then tapping the display took me to the next 2, etc. The Charge 3 feels like a Charge 2 Lite.

I would be very nice to be able to customize the arrangement of the apps and activities. It would also be nice to have more options on the clock face. I prefer the look of the mod clock, but also want to see the date and my HR... but that option isn't available.

I never use the 'relax' function whatsoever. Extremely frustrating that I have to swipe past it every time juts to get to the weather app! Should be able to delete and move apps as I please

+1 ... I agree with all other comments; customisation of the tiles on my Charge 3 is necessary to tailor the device’s interface to satisfy my particular needs.

Given the huge number of complaints here from Charge 3 owners (and ex-owners) all agreeing with each other, and the deafening silence from Fitbit in response, I fear Fitbit is either unwilling or unable to rectify this. I note that there has been not one single post from any consumer defending this aspect of the Charge 3.  I wonder whether Fitbit are hoping to bury this problem by ignoring it and then quietly issue a Charge 4 with the good qualities of the Charge 2 plus those of the Charge 3. Pretty annoying for Charge 3 owners if that proves to be the case. I'm glad I returned mine.

I would love to be able to remove stats I don't use. My old charge hr had the option in the app to decide which stats would display and I'm slightly disappointed my new charge 3 can't do the same.

The amount of irrelevant tiles to scroll through in order to reach the stats you want is annoying. The ability to rearrange or hide some stats and/or apps would be a great improvement. I'm sure the number of statistics tiles increased in the last update - it must be easy for Fitbit to make them toggle on and off.

Would like to see the option to have clocks that display stats horizontally like the Alta HR.  I loved the Alta HR because of this option.  Very readable.

They’ve finally added the most popular Charge 2 clock face but the Charge 3 still lags behind it in customization. The ability to rearrange stats and apps is crucial.

Yes PLEASE fix this! I could do it on my charge 2, but not charge3?? So now I have to see the little icon telling me how much to drink and my weight, but I’m not even using those tiles in the app at all???

The ability to rearrange stats is a huge thing. Some people want stuff to be higher up in importance, so it's easier to get to when tapping/sliding through stats. On this note, and I've seen it posted multiple times here, so I'll state it again: we need to be able to hide stats we don't care about, so we can cycle through them quicker.

For me personally, I do not track my calories, nor care about my "active hours" , how many miles I've moved, or flights of stairs I've incorrectly taken (that stat is notoriously inaccurate). All I care about is my heart rate, my steps, the time, and the date. The Fitbit Charge 2 had a single clock face that had all 4 necessities, as pointed out by other users. The most recent update has "added" this exact clock face, but it only has ONE Stat on the screen, with tremendous space left for a second Stat, but it's not being used. You can tap to cycle through your stats, but again, as others have stated, you have to cycle through everything to get back to steps or heart rate. This is incredibly un-intuitive, especially since the Charge 2 handled this flawlessly.

I'd also like the ability to arrange the APPS as well. Having quick buttons for the apps is nice, by swiping left, but I hate having to swipe three times just to quickly check the weather. On that note, how about a clock face that has the weather? Heck, how about a clock face that has the time, date, steps, heart rate, and weather on it? That would be so perfect, if possible.

I changed the tag to charge 3, but it didn't save. Ugh.

This idea is a must! I just bought this Fitbit Charge 3 tonight - and ugh - I thought that this one worked as great as the Fitbit Charge 2!!! Please allow me to change the apps that I see 30 times a day. I don’t need to know that my period is starting in 3 days every hour of every day!!!!!!

@Dorraj it's kind of hard to follow tore post.

Several of the things I think I understanding that you want have already been requested and itI' encourage you to do a search and add your vote.

Please remember that unless two suggestions are closely tied together they should be in separate suggestions. This way it is obvious what feature is being voted for.

On my charge 2 my heart rate was one click away, there was a special screen for that. Now with charge 3 I have to scroll to find it.... Reordering to have the heart rate first is at least a nice workaround for this problem.

Hi @Dorraj! We wanted to let you know that the ideas you recently posted already exist on the Feature Suggestions Board. You can see them here where you can add your vote to those existing suggestions:

Please try to make sure you only post one idea per suggestion, so we can keep the board organized, easily searchable and see which idea other members are voting for. Thanks for participating in Feature Suggestions!

I'd also like the ability to change the tiles on the Fitbit charge 3 so I can access what I'd like to see first

Hi @YojanaFitbit, the multitudinous posts on this thread are not to be dismissed as just suggestions, they are bitter complaints about flaws in the Charge 3 that have already led many buyers to return theirs in disappointment and disgust. This is what I did, and I shall be very wary of buying another Fitbit in the future.

Agree with @Gentian. Not much point asking for feature suggestions if they're not acted on. 164 posts and 742 votes for this feature since October and Fitbit's only response is to ask for people's views. How many people need to agree before this simple change is made?

Please allow us to remove tiles we don’t want. I do not want my weight being shown on my watch

I can't understand when you create a new device that it has less features than the previous version.  I want to be able to customize what shows up and in the order of the display on my phone.  I had a defective Charge 3 which has been replaced but it displayed the time and my heart rate.  Received the replacement device and it shows the time and stairs climbed.  That makes no sense, I would rather see my steps or my heart rate.  This is something that should be updated right away!

I would really like to be able to take off the weight and water from my charge 3 display.

Customization is literally the most important thing to a user. I don’t track water or use the weight feature. I am also very specific in which stats I want to show on my actual Fitbit. I don’t mind having more features through the Fitbit app, but what I see on my display needs to be customized. This was a feature on charge 2 so very confused as to why it’s not a feature on the 3? How many people have to comment on this before they update the UI? Not the happiest Fitbit user at the moment and I’ve been a huge advocate the past two years ....
