Receive notifications from SAS and Vic Emergency app

I am full time Fire and Rescue from Australia and we use apps like “SAS” and “Vic Emergency” to alert us to jobs, it would be awesome if there was a way I could make my Fitbit alert to notifications from these apps, or if you created an app that I was able to link my pager to so my watch would alert when my pager goes off
