Replace charging cables that continue to fail regardless of warranty

With my chargers have stopped working. That aren't that old. Fit bit won't replace them and you should be given new ones for a product continuing to fail.

Hi @TiffIliffe - chargers that fail during warranty can be replaced free.

The warranty period depends on country regulations and may be 2 years or more.

For smart watches the activation date can be found in the watch settings.
