Retrieving fit bit data

It used to be easy to log into your account and go to your dashboard and retrieve specific data when Fitbit owned it, now that google has taken it over there is no dashboard and trying to retrieve data is a nightmare and when you finally get it, it's many pages and you can't get the specific data you need. Step count is every minute, no totals.

Yeah, the switch after Google took over definitely made data access more complicated than it used to be. Exporting now feels overkill when you just need simple summaries like daily totals. Hopefully they streamline it again soon—been seeing similar complaints around while checking things like Love678 too.

There's a golden oldie alternative interface a few of us have been using for 1-2 years since Google screwed it up.  While it's been great, I haven't checked its porting into the "Google Account" system.  Called Fitness Dashboard, it's worth checking to see how it might help going forward:  https://dashboard.exercise.quest/about
