Fitbit app displays basic google street map view. Would be much better if it allowed the user to also see google satellite map view as well. The street map view is poor quality, lacks detail and often incorrect. Other products do this already. Screen shot shows a comparison with Fitbit basic map compared to a competitor displaying Satellite view.
This is needed because:
It is a ubiquitous Google feature missing in this Google software. It would seem a trivial to add this. In the screenshot comparing Fitbit another app that has Google Satellite view - Fitbit map has me surfing across land on an island!! Whereas Satellite view is accurate and far more useful..

Totally agree, having a satellite option would make navigation much clearer kind of like switching to a better map level in Pak game, where you see every detail clearly.
