I do not see that such a basic feature request to improve a very simple count down app requires any votes?! I don't wont to offend you but sorry make the thing useable. Most people will thank you for adding some more intelligence. It's not a huge effort which a fitbit company can't invest. Thank you

And i assule it will be for all fitbit watches, because I have Sense. Kr

Unfortunate negative comment, however....

Was successful for Versa 2 and does not require extensive software alteration.

Small but significant change.

Cheers

I agree that was a great feature that I loved with my prior version of Versa... I am not sure why it has to be voted on to bring a feature that previously was included in the smart watch back.  However, I do hope to see it as I love Fitbit and Versa....so I voted on this.  Please bring that feature back Fitbit!!!

I suppose I should have reviewed app capabilities  between versa 2 and 3 a bit better before getting versa 3... I would have gotten Versa 2 had I known they downgraded/removed features of this app on the newer version of the device... I am really questioning if I should stick with Fitbit they seem to be getting worse over time instead of better.

I also wish I had purchased the Versa 2 because of this feature not being available on the Versa 3.

actually I have never really noticed any improvements, for me is fitbit a fitnesstracker and not a smartwatch.

The things it does, does fitbit good and reliable but thats it. I only bought fitbit because other watches are having more issues.. e.g. the flashlight app has still issues and nobody really cares a sh.t about it, the movement sensor interracts all the time and turns off/on the light. If i would be the vendor I would really take care about what is within my appstore etc. i still hope Google takes over the lead!

Every day I have to set a new timer for my workouts.  And then, if I happen to press the wrong button or press something twice - I have to set it up all over again.  The lack of this feature is, by far, the most annoying aspect of this otherwise fine Versa3 product.  I really do like the Versa3 and I am hopeful (perhaps unrealistically) that an update will provide savable timers.  Thanks!

Try using google voice assistent to set the timer, i think there won't come
something from the support here... unless you have no connection it works
quite good

@chruez007 - Excellent idea - that worked quite well.  Thank you!

I too would use a saved timer many times a week. I hate having to set the same save timer over and over again! Adding this feature would be a great addition. Please add!!

Please fix this! Clearly users who had a previous version of this app regard the lack of being able to save timers as a flaw, even a bug! You are aggravating your loyal client base.  Don't remove basic features when developing them for new devices. That's basic software design common sense.

I use this feature a couple of times daily and find it annoying that it doesn't remember my 10 minute timer.

I'd use this multiple times a day. I need a 3 minute timer at work on the fly to remind me to open time locked safes. I had to set the timer to the long press priority to cut down on wasted time setying up the timer constantly. Since this replaces my watch, the functionality is needed. If I have to "add timer" to start it  I should be able to save the timer too.

I can't believe that this is not a thing for Versa 3. On my Versa 2 I used my saved timers very frequently, and I quite enjoyed that function.

Seeing as this is an old thread and how poorly the moderators respond to it, it seems that Fitbit just does not care and will not fix this ever.

I bought my Versa 3 this week, and I am rather unhappy with some of the changes from Versa 2 to Versa 3. But this thread hit me hardest so far... how can Fitbit ignore such a basic request, which costs basically nothing to implement? That shows that Fitbit has little to no respect for its customers.

Since I expect this to be just one of many flaws that won't ever be fixed, I will send my Versa 3 back, and probably ditch the Fitbit company for good.

Rather sad, since I've been super happy with my Versa 2 for almost three years.

Reading the moderator's comments it actually feels like they have not even read what this thread is about, since it "did not get voted high enough".

Instead they copy-paste some half-assed comments about how important this topic is. Such comments just makes me angry

Hi @Sandringham - there is a new Simple4Timer app that is an addon to SimpleClcokPro clock face. it has 4 preset timer and up to 4 concurrent named timers, each with their own settings, such as Auto start. Double tap seconds on the clock face to see progress or start a timer, double tap timer to return to the clock face. May be useful. Works on Versa 2, Versa 3 and Sense.

I got my new Versa 3 today because my Versa 2 died and I am disappointed to see that the timer function  has less functionality than the Versa 2. I’m a Nurse and loved that I could just hold down the side button and the timer would automatically show up with the preset time that I chose and now I have to set the specific amount each time I wish to use it. Not very practical imo.
