Start week on Monday on Android App

So sorry, USA, but you are the only ones who start the week on Sunday. For the rest of the world, we would really appreciate if we can change the settings on our Android app for the week to start on the first day of the week, namely Monday. I know you can do it on the dashboard, but I'd like to start the week on Mondays, also on the app, as this is my primary go-to place to check stats.

Sunday or Monday - it doesn't matter to me but PLEASE make it uniform across the platforms. It's is disheartening when I've looked at a Sun-Sat. dashboard, then get my stats on Mon. and it's lower than I expect. Thank you.

No it has not been implemented for the Android app. Just for Iphone and the web-version.

I use the Andros app and start my weeks on Mondays. We are doing a fitness challenge at work so I need to do a screen capture of my steps Mon-Sun and get them over 50,000 steps. While the app captures all the steps for those days, you have to subtract the old Sunday and add in the latest Sunday. Not a huge deal but there are hundreds of people participating in the challenge at work, so it everyday this effects a lot of users. Thanks.

In Latvia Monday is literally called "First day". Tuesday is called "Second day", e.t.c.

If week starts with Sunday, i.e. day when you rest then what are you resting from, if work hasn't been done yet? :). Just saying.... For me it makes more sense for Monday to be the first day of the week cycle.

As far as I can see this is still not available in the Android app (which I'm using).
In Belgium the week starts on Monday, as it does in many other countries. 
How can this still not be an editable setting? It's been talked about for 2 years now ...

I would like my week to start on Monday on my android app.  I get my weekly stats reports emailed to me and it never matches my app.  The workout program I'm doing starts on Monday too.  Thank you

In the name of all that's sane ,let's at least have the option to choose our own preferred start day for the week on the android app.

My android app weekly stats start on Sundays with no option to change it, howeve the weekly report I receive via email starts on Mondays, so it never matches. I changed my week start to Sunday on the online dashboard but I am not sure if this will change the email I receive. I just want the email to match my phone app!

Why not make the week user selectable? I know a lot of us involved in weight loss programs need to have calorie and step totals for the week starting on our meeting day. My meetings are on Wed, how do I get totals for Thur-Wed?

It looks like the community has been requesting this for two years! OP is correct, most countries consider Monday to be the start of the week, not Sunday. Please make this an option in the app. If it can be done for the website, why not for the app?

I quit using the phone app.  It was just too annoying.  I want to buy one of the watch trackers, but I won't until the app is fixed. That's why I follow this thread.

It's look like there is no reason to wait for solution, if it's not fixed for 2 years 

Developer doesn't want to update app, that's all.

For me, personally, it's obvious reason not to buy new tracker from fitbit

When is this going to happen? I'm on Windows 10 app and it just does not make any sense whatsoever to end the week on saturday.. Week-END that includes Sunday.. First day of the week in the western world has been Monday since forever.

There is solution in one of the comments in this thread. Search back to get the  exact steps, but essentially just make sure your phone locale is set to f.x. U.K to start week in Monday or f.x. Australian to start it on Sunday.

Greetings, Why not allow one's android device to sync settings with the web app, as it does with the Iphone.  That way we can all choose what day of the week we want to start our monitoring on.

I have up.  It will be two years in March since they changed it.  I purchased mine before the lock and after a year of them not listening, I went Garmin.  And I was on the waiting list when fitbit first came out.
