I love the option to have notifications on my AltaHR with one big but.... Channels, chats or conversations that are muted on my phone still end up on my bracelet. I have several group chats in WhatsApp that I do not want notifications for. They are muted on my device and so I do not see them pop up on my phone or even WhatsAppWeb. They do however still show up and vibrate on my bracelet. Would be great if muted chats are not send by default with an option to still do so.
Hi @Chris-SV thank you for adding this suggestion. I'd like to have more details about what notification do you want to turn off. What do you mean with "text threads"? Are you talking about threads on the Community Feed, groups or Community Forums?
My sister has an iPhone; I have an Android. She cannot leave a text thread that she is included in but doesn't want to continue with because of my Android phone being on the text thread (no thanks to Apple). She can mute the conversation, but she still gets notifications on her Fitbit Charge 2 everytime someone posts a comment on a thread she was originally included in. This is disrupting her at work. I am hoping that there will be a future update that will also stop the text thread notifications on her Fitbit for a specific thread that she no longer wants to be included in.
