Strain/recovery score based on HRV, RHR or workout HR recovery

It would be great if Fitbit added a strain or recovery score based on HRV or RHR, or workout HR recovery.  .Whoop & the Oura Ring both have it.  A body temp sensor would be great too!

Thanks!

Hi @Drajan, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to include heart rate recovery on the device. I've moved it into a similar request. I think that a lot of users would like to have this option on their Fitbit devices. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.

Great. Will I be compensated in any way since they have implemented my suggestions in the new Charge 5?

I am glad this is under consideration and hope it is available soon. Both my doctor and my personal trainer suggested I track heart rate recovery and said it is more important than the resting heart rate. I was surprised to see that I can't already do this with fitbit premium.

Yes, I guess the charge 5 now has this feature? I gave my 4 away and switched to that fruit company. I like that it seems Fitbit is making strides with more metrics for serious athletes
