Please add Hebrew notifications support

I just (temporally) switched back to my old Pebble Classic. It was a kind of unusual feelings to see absolutely all Android's notifications with Unicode characters 🙂

Waiting for years already for Hebrew support. I would only upgrade to versa or ionic if I can read my msg ,which are mainly in hebrew.

Glad to say I moved on to Garmin Fenix and it's so much better!
I keep warning my friend from Fitbit, so hopefully folks here will do the
same for their friends.

Yeah, i also sold the watch and moved forward, i recommend on my Facebook groups also watch out from Fitbit products until they release hebrew to thier platform.

Does Garmin Fenix support Unicode ?
DoronF
Keeping Pace
Yes. I get all notifications including Google weather, sms, WhatsApp, email
etc in Hebrew.

How did you do it? I still do not have hebrew support. Thanks in advance
DoronF

Didn't do anything. It had Hebrew out of the box. I did buy it in Israel,
so maybe it was upgraded by the official local agent.

Thanks for your quick reply. Will check it out and if hebrew is supported
will buy the versa.

Just to clarify, I have Fenix 5 with full Hebrew support. I'm not aware of
any Unicode support for any Fitbit device.

Please add Hebrew notifications support, the new Versa experience is impaired by not having Hebrew support. Please kindly advise.

Thank you

How?

Can you just make you Fitbit display all languages correctly? The OS doesn't necessarily have to be multi language but the text, message, call should be able to display every kind of language correctly.

And the FitBit company really doesn't seem to care one bit.

Yesterday I purchased the new Ionic at Luton Airport in London, so I did not expect the watch to support Hebrew fonts. However, when I arrived home and configured messaging and notifications I realized I needed to install the Hebrew language pack. I was certainly not ready for the case where this was not available!! In 2018, I would not even think of asking if this was available, and had I known I would have probably spent a little more and bought a Garmin instead!!

Shame.

There is no Hebrew pack.
Fitbit doesn't have Unicode support which means non Latin fonts are not
recognized.
Not to mention left to right support...

Hey Doron
That is clear... the point here is to express our dismay & expect that
Fitbit take some notice...

I am considering buying my first fitness  tracker band and fitbit charger 3 is my favorite one comparing to Garmin vivosmart HR +  but now i understand that still after 4 years Hebrew language is not supported? how come?!

this feature is a deal breaker as Garmin vivosmart HR + do include Hebrew language.

I will happy to hear when are you paln to fix it.

Hi

I bought the versa, and I love it.

Works great, tracks great and everything

But the fact that there is no Hebrew support really make me want to take it back to the store, but I will wait.

This is a feature that would take you "a few seconds" to make, and would help thousands of people in Israel who bought the watch.

Hope you will look at this and will make me not selling the watch or leaving it for good.

Please, for the fact you took us Pebble, give us your best as they did.

Its over tree years and i think no one from fitbit care about it..

Before hebrew i think its basically to put israel in the location countries list..

@Vadikon

Don't bother waiting.. unless you want to wait at least 2 years (probably more) - I would recommend you to return the watch.

FYI, the same post was raised about 3-4 years ago when the fitbit surge was
released.

Still waiting for Hebrew support...
don't hold your breath, better return it now than never..
