Switch between Child to parent view without logging out

Right now when going back to parent mode from he child view you have to confirm your password but it then logs you out and you have to re-enter your email and password. Can the password confirmation be the only security instead of having to type in all the extra info?

I can’t believe that it hasn’t been fixed yet. If people are buying Aces instead of other Fitbit devices, then they are probably for younger children that don’t have phones so it’s an extreme pain going back and forth and putting in passwords to see everyone’s account. As a parent, it should all be shown on my screen.

Yes, I agree.  I would like to see my kids stats right on my dashboard.   I do not want to log out my my account and into theirs to see their sleep and steps.

Any idea when this will be added? I just bought two kid fitbits and they are extremely disappointed they cannot change their picture like the rest of the family.

@Mark_mess this request is about letting the parent a witch between parent, child, and back to parents account.

There is nothing in the request about being able to change a child's photo.

Currently their isn't any request for the ability for a child to switch a photo. You may want to add such a request.

It is a hassle to enter my password every time I want switch between kid and parent views on my app. Especially with multiple children.

Hi @WahooMom2, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to switch between child to parent view without logging out. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". I hope to see you around.
