Weekly body fat average

In the app, there is a running weekly body weight average that appears in a turquoise bar. To me, body fat is more important than pounds, and if a running average for body fat % appeared next to the weight, that would be immensely helpful.

I would also like to second requests for Versa: quick text replies, Spotify, find my iPhone.

That’s an interesting idea and could be useful, thanks for sharing this suggestion.

Agree with arnold4008, and want to add that there is currently no way of tracking body measurements like waist and hip circumferences, even though waist and waist:hip ration measurements are much more medically relevant than how much you weigh or your BMI.

I have posted before (and got no real response) that I am considered healthy according to some metrics, overweight according to others, and obese according to still others--as would Dwayne effing Johnson.  Fitbit needs to catch up with the medical community as to what qualifies as truly important measures of health!

*ratio

My suggestion before (that was ignored) was regarding the way Fitbit calculates your "cardio fitness level and score." I still think it should not take BMI into account and should instead use only resting heart rate, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and waist:hip ratio.  But there's no way to even input and track the latter two.

I did a search and even though no one (seems to have) liked or commented on MY post about BMI, there was a post from someone else asking for body measurements who had 700+ votes!  I would contribute to that discussion but it's locked now!

This is an important issue.  Even if more people aren't talking about it.  Fitbit, get ahead of the game and include these metrics!!!

Add body measurement feature

Would like to bump this request. This should be an easy request to fulfill. The data is here for a weekly %fat average and you already give the weekly weight average. I know others are tracking this trend with excel or outside apps, but wouldn't it be far easier just to read that here?

Agreed % fat is far more important than kg weight so average fat should definitely be included. I can't understand why it wasn't in Fitbit app when it FIRST came out with Aria scales...
