YouTube Music App

It's been almost a month now and a huge product like the Fitbit has only a couple of apps, and one music app. So I was hoping you guys can add the YouTube Music app, since it allows access to a huge selection of music videos and audios. Also the app have 100 song downloaded for offline use. It chooses them based on your taste and updates them every now and then.

I have the Versa, not including YouTube Music but having Pandora is what's keeping me from upgrading to the Versa 2.

Now that Google owns Fitbit and YouTube, please come out with YouTube music for the app, I. Not changing to Spotify from my YouTube premium.

Please add the YouTube music app on Fitbit's music selection. It's very popular and has been out for a while now. Thank you!

Hi @QueenReen, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to connect with YouTube Music App. I've moved it into a similar suggestion which has been updated as "Under Consideration". You can learn more about it here. I hope to see you around.

Hi, I am loving the new Charge 4! But I don't use Spotify, so I can't make any use of the music functions.

Please add integrations for other services. I use Google Play Music/YouTube Music and it seems especially odd that neither is available.

With Google Music set to end of life in December I would love for me to use my subscription with my Versa using YouTube Music!

This would honestly be awesome! My family already pays for the premium family version of YouTube music, so a second music app would just be wasting money. Maybe it could start off with just letting us have one or two YouTube music playlists available at a time? Not sure how much memory the ionic from 2018 has, but after two years I would love to be able to use my FitBit without having my phone strapped onto my arm for music.

Interestingly enough.... it's been 3 YEARS now, and Google has purchased fitbit, and still.... There's no Youtube music app... meanwhile, they are phasing out Google Play Music, so the delay saved them from working on two apps to do the same thing, I guess......

I can't decide whether to cancel my youtube premium, and get one of the MANY devices that support spotify, or continue to look for a device that is compatible with youtube music.

Can a generic music control be included in an update? I use YouTube music not Spotify and I want to be able to skip tracks and control volume on my phone from my charge 4. Surely it's a simple addition and one that could benefit all those who use media platforms other than Spotify. The most basic of Bluetooth connections can do this. Eg. Your car

This really should be a top priority for you all to add support. This is preventing me from buying a smartwatch with you all since I use Youtube Music. Doesn't make sense that your owned by Alphabet.

And haven't added this support!

Add the possibility to switch from Spotify to Youtube Music or other music streaming services.

This will be a great plus to all Fitbit devices.

That would be amazing! It's the only music subscription I have and my computer isn't Bluetooth compatable, so downloading music directly to my fitbit isn't an option for me. I'd love to be able to listen to my music at the gym and not worry about carrying my phone around with me. please consider adding YouTube Music in a future update!! it would make the product so much more enjoyable as a user!

+1 - I would also love to see support for YouTube Music. This may be a deciding factor in choosing my next smartwatch device.
