"Always on Display" option for Charge 4

Please add the always on mode to the charge 4. It is really disappointing that this feature is not available on charge 4

How many votes does this need to get to be considered?

hello looks like a lot of people have asked for the "always on display " feature , would add including the seconds needle, from 5/2020, to 11/2021, but no responce from Fitbit, also "voting " on the issue is pretty hard as icons for voting are missing , and the one present does not work.

So my assumption would be Fitbit is sending customers down a rabbit hole with no intension of doing anything about it. How much programming would that take??

Next watch is not a Fitbit.

I only bought the Fitbit Charge 4 last week to replace a Garmin. I had no idea that the 'Always on' feature wasn't available for Charge 4 - it wasn't obvious on the  Fitbit website, nor did I notice any comment in any reviews I read before buying it. I want to be able to look at the time without having to press any buttons, and I certainly don't want to have to wear a standard watch as well as the Charge 4. Can I return it to Argos and either get my money back or replace with something equivalent that will also double as a watch?
