4.2 and 5.0 development

Looking for a bit more clarity when creating for both 4.2 and 5.0 SDK.

Do I create TWO projects within the GAM and make them have the same UUID and, if so, how do I name them (my last project was rejected because the name was different from what I named it within the actual project).  OR do I just create one project in the GAM and then publish... say version 0.0.1 with 4.2 build and then a further version with a 5.0 build? Just want to make sure I'm getting this right before I submit for further review as I'm not too clear.
