why the Fitbit os simulator change to white background and show nothing every time when I open it for a short time. I used the lasted version 0.8.2. I have tried in vmware of win7, win10 and mac simulator to run it, and still the same question. I am using the Dell XPS 7390 and the display driver is the lasted. Please Help!

I believe this is an issue for VMware specifically.

If you're using Linux then you could try using Wine, search on Discord for the recommended configuration.

Alternatively, try using VirtualBox.

thanks for your reply, but why does it has the same problem that I just use in my dell xps 7390, no in vmware. I didn't use Linux, just using win 10, and this problem is really making me annoyed.

OK, sorry, it wasn't clear what you were using.

Has it ever worked? It might be worth deleting it completely and reinstalling. Delete this folder too:  %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Fitbit OS Simulator\

OK, I am using the "Fitbit OS Simulator"-Fitbit OS Simulator-latest-0.8.2 in Windows 10, and it can login in and open normally. But the problem is that when I used for a short time, may be 10 seconds or 30 seconds, the "Fitbit OS Simulator" software will become a white screen or a little gray except for the Title bar. But it can still connect to the Fitbit Studio, but can't see anything in software. And I have to turn off the software and open again or take the Screenshot in Fitbit Studio to see the running results.
